Abstract: Temperature data and vibration acceleration signals of both ends of high-speed spindle in different speeds are gathered by the DHDAS dynamic signal testing analysis system when spindle is in the working status. And the own analysis software and MATLAB are applied to analyze it. Temperature curves and vibration displacement curves are obtained after real and effective information is extracted. It can provide the basis for the research and analysis of spindle performance. The experiment results show that the method is real-time, efficient and has strong anti-jamming capability and small error. It can perform effectively in high-speed spindle studies.

Abstract: The main ways of Beer packaging lightweight design were explained. ANSYS was applied to carry on the simulation analysis of PET beer bottle. The influence of bottle's thickness was introduced. The results provided the valuable method and reference for the structural optimization design and application of PET beer bottle.

Abstract: Through the establishment of mathematical model of parallel indexing cam, a calculation method of the cam contour line is discovered. Then achieve automatic calculation about point in cam profile based on VB programming. Eventually output plots by SolidWorks.

Abstract: Based on the analytical theories of the joint surface, finite element modeling method of two kinds of joint about rails and bolts were studied. The finite element model of the engraving machine is built and its static and dynamic characterization is analyzed by the universal ANSYS. By this way, unreasonable structural design of engraving machine can be conducted, which will provide support for the optimization design of the structure. The correctness of the modeling method of joint surface is confirmed.

Abstract: A 2-D convert micrometer probe by single-sensor for gear measurement. One group of parallel leaf springs was used as the micro-movement guide rail. A precise transducer was used as the detector and a special slope is used as conversion device. The gear’s tangential measurement and radial measurement can be achieved by only one sensor. In this paper, the overall structure of the probe was studied. Using geometry method, probe’s radial displacement caused by tangential measurement in the structure of parallel leaf springs was analyzed and the probe’s two-dimensional convert structure was discussed.

Abstract: Automatic capsule filling machine was key equipment in medicine enterprise. Based on the NJP3400, the working principle and the characteristic of capsule filling machine were analyzed. The 3-D model was built with the software of Pro/E. The dynamic of capsule filling machine was researched based the soft of ADAMS, and then, dynamic simulation of the model was done. The limited position and correlation parameter of force, length, velocity and acceleration was studied. The results indicated that the locomotion parameter of capsule filling machine could be optimized effectively by using ADAMS.

Abstract: A simplified version of the high-speed CNC platform model based on DCG is got by using the analysis software ADAMS, and then a motion simulation and vibration analysis of the simplified model and the Y axis slide carriage of traditional NC cross-shaped sliding table is carried out. The displacement of the X and Z directions from the above process can form a DCG structure which has the minimum vibration in that direction.

Abstract: To solve the problems (long transmission chain, poor reachability, complicated structure, etc.) of current electrochemical machining (ECM) machines, a small magnetic driving ECM machine was designed. The working principle of the machine is introduced, magnetic driving system and electrolyte system of the machine are designed in this paper, and strength and deformation analysis of bed is performed by ANSYS software. Drive system and transmission system working as a whole part could directly drive cathode to machine workpieces without long transmission chain. The small magnetic driving ECM machine could machine holes, curved surface, internal grooves and other complicated-shape parts with high accuracy.

Abstract: The author proposed a triangular mesh simplification algorithm with the methodology of vertex culling, which is based on bounded error. The algorithm includes several steps as follow. Firstly, the algorithm arrays the vertex according to the curvature. The curvature of local area around one vertex reduces in the array. Secondly, for one vertex to be deleted, the bounding box’s height of the local area will be calculated. And the reduction of the bounding box’s height is controlled as restraint of vertex culling. After the vertex culling, triangular mesh reconstruction is conducted on polygon to fill up the hollows formed in the above steps. This algorithm well balanced the deletion rate and deletion error in the experiment.

Abstract: The parameterized design system of disc cams with translating roller followers was studied. The secondary development of AutoCAD was chosen as the developing tool. According to the design theories of the disc cam, the solution steps of the best offset and base circle radius were proposed in this work. All the solution steps meet the requirements of the motion parameters of the push bar. The method of identifying the reasonable step angle for the given fitting precision was developed. The profile curve of the disc cam can be drawn automatically and saved as the ‘dwg’ format file. Finally, an example was used to verify the feasibility of the system.
