Research on Capsule Filling Machine Based on Virtual Prototype

Abstract:

Automatic capsule filling machine was key equipment in medicine enterprise. Based on the NJP3400, the working principle and the characteristic of capsule filling machine were analyzed. The 3-D model was built with the software of Pro/E. The dynamic of capsule filling machine was researched based the soft of ADAMS, and then, dynamic simulation of the model was done. The limited position and correlation parameter of force, length, velocity and acceleration was studied. The results indicated that the locomotion parameter of capsule filling machine could be optimized effectively by using ADAMS.
