Structure Design of 2D Convert Probe by Single-Sensor

Article Preview

Abstract:

A 2-D convert micrometer probe by single-sensor for gear measurement. One group of parallel leaf springs was used as the micro-movement guide rail. A precise transducer was used as the detector and a special slope is used as conversion device. The gear’s tangential measurement and radial measurement can be achieved by only one sensor. In this paper, the overall structure of the probe was studied. Using geometry method, probe’s radial displacement caused by tangential measurement in the structure of parallel leaf springs was analyzed and the probe’s two-dimensional convert structure was discussed.
