Cost Modeling and Simulation for Mining Mechanical Equipment Undergoing Maintenance

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the time-to-failure density function of parts, the maintenance cost model of mining mechanical equipment is established and simulated. The influence factors of time-to-failure density function on the maintenance costs are analysed and the dynamic changing regularity is investigated, which is significant to establish reasonable maintenance strategies, improve the efficiency of equipment operation, reduce the costs and optimize the design of mechanical equipment parts.
