Abstract:

A complete cold-chain logistics is an indispensable element of food safety. The main purpose of this paper is to perform the situation analysis about cold-chain logistics in china based on SWOT analysis method. The detailed content includes the internal and external environment, the faced the problems, the opportunities and threats of cold-chain logistics development in China. Based on the comprehensive consideration of cold-chain logistics of China, the corresponding development direction of China's cold chain logistics were put forward.
