Abstract:

Food cold chain relates to people’s life directly, and the quality management of it needs to be strengthened. In this paper, the problems in the current quality management of food cold chain logistics are analyzed. PDCA cycle and its particularities as well as specific applications in the quality management of food cold chain logistics are discussed, which are available to guarantee the security and reliability of the food cold chain effectively.
