Abstract:

Telecommunications access price is the focus of interests and conflicts of all parties involved in interconnection, which involves the distribution of economic benefits. It is necessary to introduce government regulation to promote the smooth development of interconnection in order to guarantee interests of all parties. This text discusses the issue based on evolutionary game theory.
