Design Research on a Kind of Derivative Welding Device of Car Door

Abstract:

The paper designs a kind of derivative welding device aimed at the side door’s repair welding platform of a model which contains the type of U-groove glass rose window, studies out the design strategies and processes of the device, according to the side door’s distributed characteristics of the repair welding points, schemes out the structure scheme to meets stiffness, strength, welding quality, welding efficiency, manufacturing cost and maintenance cost, etc, by using the method of AutoCAD designing, UG modeling and static simulation at the same time, and introduces its electric layout and working principle at last.
