Calculation of Reservoir Water Content Index Based on C#

Abstract:

The reservoir water content index calculation is an important task of geological logging. This paper overcomes the existing error at calculating the water content index with traditional method, implements a set of water content index calculation software with C# programming. It enables data import, create evaluation chart board for water content automatically, data storage and other functions, and after users manually draw partition lines, the software can accurately calculate the water content index of the given points and new points, and also can predict the properties for new reservoir points according to the calculated water content index. This software implements detailed evaluate information of reservoir water content, saves a lot of human resources and achieves office automation.
