Abstract: IEC 61850-9-2 proposes the process bus communication for protection and automation within substations. The actual performance of process bus such as real-time, security and reliability are of concern, when transmission of sample values and trip signals over the same network. This paper presents the establishment of a dynamic simulation test platform, in order to facilitate the test of protection schemes over the process bus. An example is given to demonstrate that incorrect switch configuration, message priority tagging, and the volumes of traffic on the network may have an impact on the real time and reliability of the signals to be delivered.

Abstract: Based on the acoustical properties of the tow ship noise, this paper studies the effect of tow ship noise on the towed linear array sonar system by computer simulation. The tow ship noise which is fairly approximate to the truth tow ship noise is obtained by the typical mathematical mode simulation firstly. Then the near-filed characteristics of the tow ship noise are simulated by using a simplified channel model. Finally, this thesis studies the interference of tow ship noise through beam-forming. The simulation describes acoustic characteristics of the tow ship noise well, and also provides a good theoretical support for the other simulation systems designs.

Abstract: Now the coal mine gas risk index and evaluation system has a lot of deficiency. The paper establishes a coal mine gas risk index system and explains the meaning of each index on the basis of analysis of gas accident for recent years. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has become an effective and popular method, so the paper evaluates the coal mine gas accident risk using fuzzy mathematical safety evaluation, and takes this method in six mines of one group, at last the paper provides some suggestions for this method

Abstract: Ice Storage air-condition can be used to shift electrical load from on-peak hours to off-peak hours, which can bring mutual benefits to power supplier and consumers. An unsteady heat transfer numerical model is developed to predict the increment of thickness of ice layer of flake ice storage system with Cu-H2O nanofluids solidification. In this study, the speed of increment of ice layer of water and Cu-H2O nanofluids are compared.

Abstract: The spectrum analysis system, which is based on TMS320F2808, can detect ultrasonic signal in real time. The signal is transformed from time domain to frequency domain by use of FFT. The spectrum graph can be displayed on LCD in real time. The practical results illustrated that this system can analyze the frequency spectrum efficiently with the range of 30kHz~50kHz.

Abstract: The theory and drive mode of the underactuated robot grasper have been researched in this paper, and the mechanism has been designed and optimized. The research has been done on statics, dynamics and kinematics. 3D models for all parts are built and entity model of the underactuated grasper is created. The simulation has been completed on dynamics and kinematics of the grasper grasp different object (as staff, ball, rod).

Abstract: This paper is based on the analyzing the features and the questions of inventory management of successive manufacturing enterprises, using the inventory management theory and the system dynamics theory, on the assumption of combining actual situation of inventory management of Hongyu Corporation, analyzes the relations of kinds of factors which affect the inventory management, using the system dynamics method, establishes the causality graph of kinds factors which affect the inventory management in Hongyu Corporation, including the causality graph of cooperation part inventory management, semi products inventory management, profit and the whole inventory management in Hongyu Corporation. Based on the causality graphs, the paper establishes the system dynamics model of inventory management of Hongyu Corporation. The system dynamics model of inventory management in Hongyu Corporation which was built in this paper is accurate and steady, especially satisfied to the practical production of Hongyu Corporation and successive manufacturing enterprises, it greatly helps to raise the inventory management level of Hongyu Corporation, so this model has great significance in both theory and reality for inventory management of successive manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: The methods of work this identification system is that distill wheel speed characteristics to standard signal then stored in the system. When the first anti-lock loop begin to input the initial velocity to identification model then extract theoretical value of the system and input the actual speed then calculate the similar with theoretical speed. The maximum similarity value is the identification when the pavement is true. After that every cycle identifies monitoring (again identify based on new data) that is establishing state observer. Though it is inaccurate due to various interference identifications or when the adhesion coefficient of pavement has changed ABS will determine quickly make the work more reasonable. Choose normal distribution and exponential distribution of statistical principles to identify the pavement and modify the identification model with gamma membership function. Tire model choose H.B.Pacejka model suitable for programming. It will use Gauss numerical integration and rational interpolation to increase the timeliness of identification. The method this paper described is suitable for the identification of low road.

Abstract: In the student culture work, the examination has turned into a recognized assessment tools in the society and different professional certificate authority depend on the examination in many institutions. While the strength and weakness of the examination quality will affect the fairness objectivity and effectiveness of the test results. The study of index and evaluation of the examination is not only a scale that evaluate the effectiveness of the examination but also an important tool that improve the quality of the examination. This paper adopts standard establishment distribution model of employer by the use of extended fuzzy evaluation and will use downhill simplex optimization to establish distribution model results of the examination and calculate index by Aitken interpolation and composite trapezoidal integration method. When the multiple targets are evaluated, COSINE similarity need be used. This method can realize the test validation analysis of small sample.
