Abstract:

Centralized procurement is a development direction for modern manufacturing industry to enhance supply chain management. Scientific and rational choice of suppliers not only reduces procurement costs and risks, improving product quality, but also enhances the market competitiveness of the supply chain. In this paper, we adopt DEA / AHP method to rank the optional vendor based on the main factors of procurement, and ultimately determine the optimal supplier.
