Abstract:

This article states the principle and design method of load distribution, discussing the problems and solutions in the process of designing load distribution; the description about the importance of designing load distribution in the paper machine transmission system provides a theoretical proof to avoid uneven load distribution. And in this paper, the application of ACS800’s DTC inverter in load distribution of 2640/500 three fleeting multi-cylinder paper machine is introduced. The inverter’s communication, automatic interlock and parameter’ setting are presented. The application in practice proves that the result is effective. Meanwhile the attentive matters in practice are also provided.
