Abstract: According to the software of "environment noise analysis and optimization control simulation system for substation", calculate the plane grid data. Based on the function of 2D Contour automatic generation of Surfer, the distribution of noise is able to be demonstrated in 2D contour, the higher noise values has its greater colors. That provides technical support for noise control in substation.

Abstract: This paper designed a new edge detection[1,3] operator based on Krisch edge detector and direction encoding and combining the local average, while proposed heuristic search algorithm in the noise image based on segmentation edge of the self-enhanced. First, use small-scale Gaussian filtering in the noise image, and then use this edge detector for edge detection, and trajectory of each sub-search self-reinforcing, and finally according to the degree of self-reinforcing accumulation of noise to obtain the image edge. The results show that: This algorithm can effectively extract the real object from the noise, and to maximize the retention of details. And the performance better than Krisch and has some speed advantage

Abstract: Phosphorus limitation on bacterial regrowth was studied in source water, water treatment process and water distribution system of J Water Supply Plant in T city, by modified AOC method and MAP analysis. Based on the study, the follows can be concluded: ① MAP(Microbially Available Phosphorus) concentration was higher in source water and water treatment process, which was 5~38µg PO43--P/L. However in water distribution, MAP concentration was lower, which was less than 5µg PO43--P/L. ②Coagulation and sedimentation can remove MAP efficiently. 31%~68% of MAP can be removed in these process. ③ In source water and water treatment process, there was no evident difference between AOCpotential, AOCp and AOCnative. So assimilable organic carbon (AOC) was the most important factor of bacterial regrowth. In water distribution system, the concentration of AOCpotential and AOCp were 2~8.7 times of the concentration of AOCnative. So phosphorus limited bacterial regrowth.

Abstract: An automatic focusing algorithm through detecting blur edge width via wavelet transform was proposed. To improve computation speed and fit for different scenes, the center area of the image and four golden points were selected as the focusing area. Wavelet module values of the focusing area were obtained through wavelet transform. The threshold to determine blur edge was selected by 50 percent of the wavelet module maximum in all wavelet module values. According to the threshold, the binary image of the blur edge was achieved. Area and girth of the blur edge were calculated respectively, and blur edge width was computed by area and girth. The control center computed steps according to blur edge width to adjust the lens, and the focusing motor operated corresponding steps received from the control center. Therefore, an automatic focusing procedure was implemented. Results show that the automatic focusing algorithm is quick and effective.

Abstract: Anaerobic/Anoxic/Oxic (A/A/O) process is applied widely in municipal wastewater treatmen plants, which attribute to good perfromance for nutrient removal. However the design parameter of A/A/O process is mainly from experiments based on stable flow rate. So performance parameter of any WWTP must be modified according to actual conditions. Othewise, peformance efficiency of the WWTP can not meet initial design properties and it maybe result in serious energy waste. According to the experiences of start-up, commissioning, operation control and performance test of Anaerobic/Anoxic/Oxic (A/A/O) process in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), the notions on successful start-up and effective operation are summarized and analyzed. The countermeasures on the variety of influent, the control of DO and sludge system to keep WWTP operating economically and stably are presented.

Abstract: Optimal flight path is restricted within Minimum Threat Surface (MTS). With Taylor’s expansion, the horizon projection of 3D flight path within MTS is fitted with a polynomial function with finite items. So the original path planning problem is simplified to search the optimals values in the coefficient space of the polynomial function. Flight path cost model of flight path is built and PSO is applied to search optimal coefficients. Flow of optimization is introduced and validated with three simulation cases. Simulation results show that MTS and PSO can effectively solve global optimization of 3D flight path.

Abstract: GM (1, 1) model is a widely used model for forecasting. The characteristics of the model have been analyzed. The fact that the model is a biased exponential model has been testified. Based on the results, UGM (1, 1) model is presented in this paper. The proposed model has more extensive application scope than GM (1, 1) model for the reason that the model can limit the inherent deviation of GM (1,1) model. The proposed model is applied to the field of electric load forecasting, the actual results also show that the model is better than GM (1, 1) model.

Abstract: Chlorine dioxide was applied to drinking water for reducing the quantity of organic pollutants such as chloroform and the taste and odor problems. A modified mode for operation in tap water plant was proposed following an investigation of the reaction mechanism by which ClO2 reacts with aquatic organic materials. By using such techniques, by-products such as chlorite and chlorate were effectively minimized and high quality drinking water was produced with reduced production cost of water treatment.
