Abstract: In order to adapt the developing requirements of upgrade reconstruct, expansion, renewal of device, function performance improvement, aiming at the characteristic of power network decentralization and fast distance, putting forward a structure scheme for implementing on-line configuration, based on the OOD( Object-Oriented Design) and modifying the relation of node link. It is described in this paper including system structure, software compose and realization principle. That scheme has some characteristics with better practicability, universal applicability, transplantability and easy-using.

Abstract: This paper introduces current situation of varying screw machining, characteristics of PMAC2-PCI, researches open CNC system based on PMAC2-PCI, designs CNC system of screw polishing and grinding machine, including hardware design and software design. The system holds the advantage of fast machining speed, high control precision and high stability.

Abstract: A new full digital control method has been proposed. This method employed an advanced main circuit topology combining with an ARM MCU. Using the state space averaging method and following the method deriving the small-signal model of Buck converter, the small-signal characteristics model of DC/DC converter can be derived. Using no steady error quadratic optimal control method, the problem of PID parameters is transformed into solving optimal feedback coefficient matrix, the digital controller of full-bridge DC/DC converter can adjust the parameters online. The power supply can realize leading leg’s ZVS and lagging leg’s ZCS in a big load range. The whole system has concise hardware structure, reliable control method and good man-machine interface, so it has high practical value.

Abstract: With help training of the lower limbs rehabilitation robot, the hemiplegia patients can be helped effectively recover. Applicable control method plays an important part in performance of lower limbs rehabilitation robot. According to the preferred method, sEMG was collected from no necrosis and healthy muscle, then, the effective action signals which are extracted from the sEMG transit to Fuzzy-Neural network classifiers to identify the movements intention of paralyzed patients, and then the lower limbs rehabilitation robots can assist paralyzed patients to achieve their intent. The simulation results indicate that the Fuzzy-Neural network classifiers can identify the movements intention well, and control method of sEMG can satisfy the demand of lower limbs rehabilitation robot.

Abstract: A comprehensive mathematical model of the hydraulic inlet and outlet throttle speed-regulating system was established that included most components’ dynamic characteristics such as the hydraulic cylinder, the throttle valve, the hydraulic pump, the relief valve. The simulink of matlab was used to emulate the equations. The system parameters for example throttle opening area, oil bulk modulus were analyzed how to influence the dynamic characteristics of throttle speed control system. How to correctly select circuit under working condition and how to improve equipment performance in the hydraulic system design are indicated through comparing the dynamic characteristics of inlet and outlet speed-regulating circuit.

Abstract: With the increasing of messages transmitted in battery electric vehicle (BEV) control network, sole scheduling methods couldn’t satisfy the message transmitting requirement of the network. Therefore, this article proposes a hybrid TTCAN scheduling algorithm, and uses this algorithm to schedule messages transmitted in BEV control network. The experiment results prove that this algorithm makes the performance of BEV better, not only satisfies the deadlines of messages, but also improves the utilization rate of BEV control network.

Abstract: As a new and efficient tool of statistical analysis, Copula has the capability of putting multivariate random probability models into practice, and describing time-varying and nonlinear feature of statistcal dependence of random variables. Aiming at mechanical structural systems with failure-dependence, a new method is put forward for reliability modeling by introducing mixed copula, in which giving a reference to several copula functions and its applicable feature of the correlation. Copula model of joint probability distribution function is build between every functions, in which every functions value are chosen as the analytic variables of copula function and unknown parameters of copula are estimated by means of the random sampling data generated by Monte Carlo simulation in MATLAB software, thereby failure probability of the structural system is got by copula function. Finally, a practical case of copula demonstrates the feasibility of the method , which give a new path for the reliability analysis of mechanical structural system with correlated failure modes.

Abstract: To meet the requirement of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for the rotating tower of continuous casting machine (RTCCM) in a steel-making plant, the technology of remote monitoring and diagnosis system (RMDS) for RTCCM is developed in the paper. The architecture of the system is presented, and the key techniques in the system implementation are discussed in detail, including the B/S structure, Java technique and Web diagnostic technique. The developed RMDS can implement truly portability and provide a good solution for designing a remote diagnosis system based on network environment. The outcome of locale running indicates that the system possesses complete function with reliable operation and friendly consumer interface.

Abstract: Tube plate and baffles are all important parts in tubular heat exchangers, drilling holes on them is an important and difficult task for factory. The efficiency of traditional process is low and the error is big. Analyzed the holes’ distributing on six shell side routes exchangers, established mathematics model, compiled numerical controlled program with EIA code, realized numerical controlled process of tube plate and baffles on MITSUBISHI machining center. This improved the quality of equipment and lowered the cost.

Abstract: In order to prolong continuous working time of one transmission line inspection robot, a power supply system with induction charging unit for this inspection robot is introduced in this paper. Special current transformer by which the robot could get power from power line is designed according to the magnetic field condition around the transmission line. Besides, charging circuit for Li-battery pack is also introduced. A fly-back circuit is applied in the circuit to provide precisely accessible input power for charging battery packs. Experimental results show that the power supply system could have good performance on extending the continuous working period of the transmission line inspection robot.
