Abstract: Method based on multi-sensor detection and data fusion technology is proposed for the temperature of real-time quantitative PCR reaction samples .The principle of Grubbs is used to eliminate the careless mistake data. Particularly, the fusion method based on weighted mean value and estimation in batches is used to process the sampled data, which gives error of indication. And then we can revise indication values.

Abstract: Currently, there lacks real-time, effective, and highly sensitive means to monitor and control Methane emissions in coalmining region. And the related principles, methods and technology are not complete yet. With regards to this point, the technology of remote sensing to monitor the circumstance in coalmining region is expected to have some advantages which other technology can not match. This paper takes the region of southern of Qinshui basin in Shanxi province as the key research object. Then, the best band is chosen to monitor the methane based on the basic theory of remote sensing, such that the theory model of spectral response of methane can be developed completely. Meanwhile the hyper spectral remote sensing model for monitoring the concentrations of methane in coalmining region is developed also, and is used to analyze the discipline of time-space distribution of the methane in coalmining region preliminary to provide the condition for study the highly sensitive method of monitor atmospheric environment of coalmining region in real time.

Abstract: One important technical solution to improve the efficiency and environment-friendly of a running industry process is to grasp its characteristics by data miming tools such as ANN. As field data are usually polluted by noise more or less and, even badly polluted sometimes, the noise adaptability of ANNs such as BP, RBF and fuzzy neural networks built on BP or RBF is analyzed in a quite thorough way. Firstly, as for computer simulation study, a MIMO non-linear process is supposed to be polluted by 3 different levels of white noise so as to observe and analyze the mining performances of the above 4 kinds ANNs. Then, their performances in characteristics mining of the combustion process of a running 600MWe boiler are further analyzed as a practical application case, which is polluted even more seriously by field data noise. The results show that noise adaptability cannot be ignored in the selection of data mining tools in engineering application. The ascending strong sort order of noise adaptability is BP, RBF and the fuzzy ones built on BP and RBF respectively. Fuzzy neural networks built on RBF are recommended for those complicated and noisy application like the boiler combustion case.

Abstract: Cross correlator is the core device of the cross-correlation flow measurement system. This paper describes the theory of the cross-correlation flow measurement system and realizes the digital correlator for flow measurement based on field programmable gate arrays (FPGA). The correlation algorithm is realized by verilog language, and the result of Modelsim simulation shows that this correlator can be used to calculate the cross functions of random signal. This correlator which has a simple hardware structure, high reliability and high accuracy, can meet the demand of the real-time flow measurement system.

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of grade detection system of underground iron ore. The system uses the technology of multi-threaded parallel processing of sensor to measure the volume and weight of the ore. Based on a certain mathematical model of grade analysis we have built, the average grade of the ore can be calculated. The trial run of the system indicates that the data of ore’s weight, volume and grade can be stored and counted automatically. What’s more, the system achieves non-stop measurement of ore’s grade.

Abstract: A method to distribute the jamming resources of electro-optical countermeasures is introduced through taking method resource as a medium. With the restriction of the friend cooperation and incompatibility disposing, how to apply the method resource to the deployment of electro-optical countermeasures resources is discussed. The resource management procedure is formalized by Finite State Machine (FSM). And a cooperative resource operation system based on multi-agent system is put forward, which serves as a guidance for the realization of the distribution method.

Abstract: Walking speed of pipe automatic welding bug influences directly the quality of pipe welding. Measurement of walking speed of pipe automatic welding bug is very necessary. Direct measurement of walking speed of pipe automatic welding bug has the certain difficulty. Indirect measurement of walking speed of pipe automatic welding bug is realized by angle transducer installed in pipe automatic welding bug. Measuring precision of walking speed of pipe automatic welding bug is influenced by angle signal sampling frequency , angle resolution of angle transducer, walking speed of pipe automatic welding bug, the resolution of the AD converter and so on. The method of subsection of speed is adapted to measure indirectly walking speed of pipe automatic welding bug . Its effect is well.

Abstract: A control strategy which based on minimum instantaneous equivalent fuel consumption was proposed in this paper. The important parameters that affected the calculation of instantaneous fuel consumption were analyzed. The important parameters include battery equivalent fuel consumption, penalty function to maintain the battery SOC and the revise of the regenerative braking energy. More precise expression of minimum instantaneous fuel consumption was deduced. Under the simulation platform of ADVISOR software, orthogonal optimization of parameters was performed and the range of important parameters in the optimization of expression was determined.

Abstract: This paper proposes an error diffusion based halftoning technique of which the threshold is randomly varied to minimize well-known artifacts often observed in the standard method by introducing a triangular probability density function. The diffusion of error is adaptively adjusted depending upon the magnitude of an edge to preserve boundary quality in a half-toned image.
