Abstract: To improve design accuracy and shorten its cycle, finite element method is adopted in the process of crane designing. The integrated finite element analysis model was established for the whole column jib crane using finite element analysis software ANSYS. A feasible computational model which reflects the actual structure was built and displacement boundary condition was determined reasonably. By using the symmetries of structure and load, neglecting the specific structure of bearing but reserving motion relationship between slewing jib spindle and column bearing chamber, the model is simplified logically. The slewing jib, which has great stress gradient, was separated into two parts while its interface was maintained for different density when meshing. The model calculation results are in very good agreement with actual conditions which provide a theory basis for optimal design of integrated structure of column jib crane and modeling for products with similar structure.

Abstract: The fuel-film evaporation model and transient fuel-film compensator model were established. By virtue of Simulink, the validity of above models were verified. The square wave perturbation method was introduced. Basing numerous calibration, the fuel-film compensation strategy including zoned compensation and damping factors ware proposed. This new strategy can compensate in-cylinder fuel fluctuation effectively during transient conditions.

Abstract: Avionics Full Duplex Switched Ethernet (AFDX) standardized as ARINC 664 is a major upgrade for integrated avionics systems of civil aircraft. It becomes the current communication technology in the context of avionics and provides a backbone network for the civil avionics system. This paper focuses on features of AFDX network protocol. Architecture of AFDX switch based on shared memory is proposed to meet the requirements of avionics real-time system. In addition, frame filtering, traffic policing and frame schedule function are used to eliminate uncertainties in huge traffic flows. End System (ES) host-target architecture is also researched in this paper. Virtual link scheduler, redundancy management, and protocol stack in ES are designed to ensure determinism and reliability of data communication. AFDX switch and ES have been successfully developed, and configuration tool, ARINC 615A loader and simulation tool related to AFDX network are also provided as package solution to support avionics system construction. Finally, AFDX switch and ESes have passed ARINC 664 protocol conformance test and certification, the test results show that our AFDX products meet the requirements of real-time communication, determinism and reliability defined in ARINC 664

Abstract: The loosely-coupled reconfigurable computing model includes the host microprocessor in conjunction with an external stand-alone reconfigurable hardware which takes advantage of low cost in technology and development time. It can work as a fast emulation approach to study reconfigurable computing prototype system. One of the key features of such emulation system is the ability to perform the communication. In this paper, we proposed a high speed hardware channel with direct memory access(DMA) transaction method based on Xilinx ML555 development kit and PCI-express(peripheral component interconnection express) endpoint block IP. Experiments show that both read and write transaction speed in this design meet the theoretical maximum speed.

Abstract: Piston cylinder high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) apparatus is a most important instrument for studying deep earth processes and other HTHP experiments. But the apparatus with basic configuration require improvement. A new temperature and pressure automatic control system is present in the paper, and the system operating software is developed based on LabVIEW. The new control system realizes the pressure and the temperature working in the multi-mode, which improves the applicability. Experiment data and operating state are real-time displayed and recorded. The software has encryption protection and alert functions. Actual operation results show that the system has the good performance of following the setting curves and robustness.

Abstract: In order to obtain the stress distribution in deep level of Datai mine, a nonlinear back analysis method for rock mechanical parameters was proposed by combining genetic algorithm and FLAC3D (GA-FLAC3D). First the hollow inclusion stress gauge (stress relieving method) was used to complete the measurement of local in-situ stress; and then the rock mechanical parameters were obtained by using back analysis; at last the ground stress in deep level was obtained. The results showed, this method is quick in calculation, and has global convergence. The convergence accuracy of normal stress is about 90%.

Abstract: In order to improve the control system performance of a Micro Indoor Smart Autonomous Robot, an embedded control system based on STM32 processor is proposed and a double closed-loop control structure is applied. The mathematical model is set up and kinematic model is simulated in Matlab/Simulink to estimate the PID parameters. Then the controller is experimented on robot and parameters are adjusted till getting good performance. The results show that the controller is stable and effective.

Abstract: TbpA is a highly conserved transmembrane protein that may serve as a channel for transport of iron across the outer membrane, which is required for transferrin utilization and is responsible for removing the iron from transferrin and for transporting iron across the outer membrane in a TonB-dependent manner. In the present study, a 3D homology modeling of TbpA from Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (App) L20 strain, based upon the Crystal structure of the hemehemoglobin outer membrane transporter ShuA from Shigella dysenteriae (PDB code: 3fhh) was performed using bioinformatics tools, as no experimental 3D structures. The program VERIFY 3D assessed the quality of the predicted structure of TbpA with acceptable scores. All the results converged to the fact that the predicted 3-Dimenrsional structure of TbpA is of good quality with acceptable scores.

Abstract: The highest frequency duct is evaporation duct under marine atmospheric environment, and it is a special method of expanding the radar measuring range by using the evaporation duct to achieve the over-the-horizon detection. On what conditions to ensure the realization of the over-the-horizon radar detection is one of key problems. Many aspects, such as evaporation duct discrimination, radar working wavelength and frequency, initial launching angle and the location of radar are studied to get the necessary conditions of the over-the-horizon radar detection. The results show that the four kinds of necessary conditions must meet at the same time instead of only one certain condition, which lays a necessary foundation for the marine radar, ship radar and communication system to exert the largest effects in the evaporation duct environment.
