Abstract: Under the tendency of knowledge economy in the world, knowledge research becomes a hot subject. The analysis about the meanings, categories and characteristics of knowledge is presented at first. The concept and key techniques of Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) are discussed. The differences and relationships among KBE, Expert System (ES) and CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM (CAX) Systems are analyzed as well. An example on knowledge-based designing of one complicated product is provided. A product knowledge base is established by analyzing the structure and characteristics of product design knowledge. Product knowledge integration and management is fulfilled using Product Data Management (PDM) and dynamic database technique.

Abstract: This paper introduces the composition and usage of the18 luminescence tubes shadowless retractor, the Single-port gasless laparoscopy minimally invasive surgical instrument, which is the national patent products. As for the issue of inadequate illuminating intensity, the 3- lamp cold light Lifting retractor system is presented for the first time in domestic, as well as its designing and manufacturing procedure. It also presents the trial-producing of 3- lamp cold light Lifting retractor and its supporting power box. The system has been tested. It can apply to the disaster relief field and other special conditions, at the same time, it can improve the intensity of illumination with its simple producing procedure.

Abstract: In this paper, we refractor existing mechanical model simulation software based on component technology. The original software, which was programmed by procedure-oriented method, has high coupling, poor usability and maintainability. So we redesign and develop it with object-oriented method and component technology. After refactoring, the software, with friendly interaction interface, reasonable structure and better reusability, can provide better service for users.

Abstract: A novel method for fault Diagnosis of High-current converter, which is constructed on the basis of Wavelet Neural Network and Improved Adaptive Genetic Algorithms (IAGA), is presented here. In the proposed method, IAGA is employed to optimize the structure and the parameters of WNN and enhance the complexity, convergence and generalization ability of the network. By training and testing under MATLAB/SIMULINK, it is clearly shown that WNN based on IAGA performs better than WNN based on BP(Back-Propagation Neural Network)as well as linear adaptive GA (LAGA).

Abstract: In this paper, considering the stability and robustness of the aircraft, the flight control system is designed following the aspect of high flexibility and low cost. Comparing with the flight control system of super-size high-subsonic Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in the world, the system presented in this paper has adopted the inimitable control technique of flying-off course、low-cost combinatorial navigation strategy and the advanced safety scheme, which can guarantee the performance, degrade the cost and extend the airspace and groundspace of the aircraft.Through quite a few simulations, the results show that this system can guarantee the attitude and altitude stable. The error between the flight path and programming path is very small. Flight curve is prefect; and the system performances can be achieved completely.

Abstract: The control principle of DCT hydraulic system and the working principle of solenoid were described. The solenoid driving circuits based on TLE6220GP and TLE7242-2G of Infineon were designed. The principle of TLE7242-2G control the proportional solenoid and the calculation formula of Kp, Ki were analyzed. The current control waveforms of proportional solenoid in different Kp, Ki were given according to MATLAB simulation.

Abstract: For the supervision and control on the unattended electromechanical equipments, this paper applies industrial Ethernet technology to the design of RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) in SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system. The hardware design of RTU is centered on STM32F107VC, which includes network communication interface, I/O (Input/Output) interface and local memory circuit. The software design, based on the midware of RL-ARM provided by ARM Ltd, comprises multi-task network communication, web server for remote configuration and file system for temporary data storage. The applications show that this intelligent RTU has properties of high reliability, good real-time, high EMC, small volume, low cost and simple implementation.

Abstract: Flow simulation subsystem of ground simulation test for aircraft fuel system aims to simulate fuel flow of engine. In a certain airplane fuel system, the flow scope is very broad. In order to ensure the control precision in the whole range, the method of subsection control and measuring has been put forward. A control algorithm based on fuzzy adaptive PID with two-degree of freedom has been adopted, since subsection control will bring out the switchover fluctuation phenomenon. The results of simulation show that this algorithm can realize the curve tracking of the wide-range flow and reduce the fluctuation in the flow switchover process. That is to say, this algorithm has a preferable control effect.

Abstract: The unattended electromechanical equipments are widely distributed in the harsh environment, which makes it difficult to construct the monitoring system. Therefore, this paper proposes a solution of the remote monitoring system based on Internet, which applies the VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology in constructing the network. The network microprocessor STM32F107 is adopted to design a low-cost remote information terminal. The system software is designed based on B/S (Browser/Server) architecture by ASP (Active Server Page) technology, which implements SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and pre-warning system for the unattended electromechanical equipments. The application shows that the system is stable, reliable and worth popularizing.

Abstract: In respond to the national energy saving, emission reduction, and development and utilization of new energy, and with the objective of practical application, a set of solar energy automatic bird expeller device is designed with solar photovoltaic technology, singlechip technology, and digital voice technology. The paper proposes systematic integral design scheme, and focuses on the description of system hardware and software design. The bird expeller device designed is energy-saving, environmentally-friendly, convenient to use, and has good application prospects.
