Employment Evaluation for University Student Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Article Preview

Abstract:

Employment evaluation for university student based on analytic hierarchy process is presented in the paper. The influencing factors of employment evaluation for university student are analyzed, and weights of employment evaluation indexes for university student is obtained. Employment evaluation of a certain university is employed to study the evaluation effectiveness of analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the evaluation values of the employment evaluation for university student of the university are obtained, which indicate that the evaluation level of the employment evaluation for university student of the university is ‘good’.The evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation, which shows that the employment evaluation for university student based on analytic hierarchy process is feasible.
