Research on an Unmanned Automatic SMS Alarm System for Cooling Tower Fan

Abstract:

SMS automatic alarm system monitors the operation parameters of the fan in real time mainly through PLC and sends the detected abnormal state before the accident to the PLC. SMS Monitor module receives the results of PLC treatment. Once the PLC sends alarm signal to start the SMS Monitor module and sends a warning message to the default person, the real-time dynamic can be inquired and disposed remotely through the interactive function of the module. This system builds distributed PLC control system on GSM business communications platform of China Mobile and China Unicom. The realization of PLC wireless data transmission has advantages such as utilizing existing networks, shortening the construction period, lowering construction costs. The easy installation and the simple maintenance of the equipment have great practical significance.
