Based on Value Analysis Process Optimization of Air Cargo Transport

Abstract:

Value analysis is one of the 20th century six major management tool, since Miles has created, with its value-oriented and innovative nature, and multi-disciplinary nature have a significant impact on management innovation and actively promoted. Articles will introduce the creative value analysis of air cargo processes, through functional definition and functional sorting, looking for processes to be optimized and improved operating procedures. Then, create a method of use of the program, from the internal optimization and external optimization proposed solutions, in order to achieve the optimization of air cargo process.
