Abstract: This paper presents a measurement method for plate convex contour measurement by contact force. During the measured mechanical part rotation, the stylus slides forward or backward by servo motor and ball screw movement. The contact force is detected by sensors according to distance between the measured part and the stylus. The servo motor displacement has been used to calculate the radial value from the center of rotation to the tip of the stylus, and the contour points coordinates can be measured in sequence continuous measurement. By mechanical transmission gap compensation and force compensation, the better profile accuracy and effectiveness can be gotten.

Abstract: The switched reluctance motor digital controller design, which took Xilinx's FPGA chip soft-core MicroBlaze as the core and applied in the six-phase 12/10 switched reluctance motor, was introduced in this study. C language was used in MicroBlaze soft-core digital controller, and Verilog HDL language was used in logic design. logic synthesis mapped to both FPGA hardware circuits, and ultimately downloaded to the FPGA chip, real-time control of the motor. Experimental results show that the digital controller designed to meet the real-time switched reluctance motor, the control accuracy requirements.

Abstract: Denial of Service Attack is a very important security event in the current network security .Address the problem of DDoS Network Attacks ,researchers have proposed a variety of tracking programs against Denial of Service Attack .Such as IP tracking program, packet marking ,logging ,connection test ,ICMP tracking ,covering networks ,and so on .The marked storage space has been expended by the use of authentication machnism of adaptive probability packet .Increasing marks could store the hash value of the IP addresses of the head node .With the selection of the mentioned two methods above ,the quantity of needed packet while reconstructing the path has been decreased .And ultimately ,the propose of decreasing the rate of false positives and the computational complexity ,as well as improving the convergence and security have been reached.

Abstract: Local tensile properties and fatigue properties of Al-Zn-Mg alloy welded joint were investigated. Experiment results show that A7N01 aluminium alloy welded joint is highly inhomogenous both in microstructure and mechanical performances. Ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of base metal are superior compared to HAZ and weld metal. U-shape notched specimens were used in fatigue tests to study local fatigue properties of the joint. Fatigue tests results demonstrate that the difference of local fatigue life is conspicuous in the three regions. The difference of yield strength is believed to result from the diversity of fatigue life for each region in A7N01 aluminium alloy welded joint.

Abstract: In this paper, A numerical study has been done to predict the heat transfer of the staggered ribbed backward facing step flow with inclined impinging jet flow. The impinging jet flow was inclined towards the main cross flow and the angle of inclination is ranged from 30ْ to 90ْ . The ribs were in staggered arrangement and aligned after the slot jet in normal direction to the main cross flow. The effect of angle of inclination and contraction ratio on thermal field was studied for jet and channel Reynolds number of 20000 and 16000 respectively. The aim of the present study is to verify how adding staggered ribs with inclined jet flow to the problem of backward facing can enhance the rate of heat transfer. The governing partial differential equations of continuity, Navier-Stockes and energy was discretised on non-uniform staggered grid by using finite volume method. The discretised algebraic equations were solved by using a built home computer program based on simple algorithm. The conducted results show that the considered flow geometry increased noticeably the rate of heat transfer for the studied contraction ratios and angle of inclination. It was observed that the rate of heat transfer is decreased as angle of inclination increases.

Abstract: Mean shift, like other gradient ascent optimization methods, is susceptible to local maximum/minimum, and hence often fails to find the desired global maximum/minimum. For this reason, mean shift segmentation algorithm based on hybridized bacterial chemotaxis (HBC) is proposed in this paper. In HBC, particle swarm operation algorithm(PSO) is introduced before bacterial chemotaxis(BC) works. And PSO is firstly introduced to execute the global search, and then stochastic local search works by BC. Meanwhile, elitism preservation is used in the paper in order to improve the efficiency of the new algorithm. After mean shift vector is optimized using HBC algorithm, the optimal mean shift vector is updated using mean shift procedure. Experimental results show that new algorithm not only has higher convergence speed, but also can achieve more robust segmentation results.

Abstract: Porous FeAl intermetallics were produced by high-energy ball milled Fe-Al binary composite powders followed by sintering. The microstructure evolution of milled Fe-Al composite powders during high-energy milling processing were observed and analyzed using SEM and XRD. FeAl intermetallics was synthesized by sintering at 1200°C for 4h with a pre-sintering at 620°C. The microstructure of the sinters was also investigated. XRD results and SEM images showed that milling time and sintering temperature accelerated the formation of FeAl intermetallics. The microstructure of the milled sinter apparently improved the properties of FeAl intermetallics.

Abstract: Low performance and unfairness existed in current congestion control, meanwhile network is growing rapidly. It needs a new effective congestion control to meet expanded demands and improve actual state. As a new technique framework, SoftMan is proposed with its intelligence, autonomy and initiative to bring a new idea for information system. The paper looks not only at the benefits derived from intelligence, but also at those associated with Multi-SoftMan alliance in general. After exploring these benefits, an intelligent control model of congestion control based on multi-SoftMan is proposed. At the same time, the paper visualizes the architecture and system behaviors of Multi-SoftMan intelligent congestion control system (MSMICC).

Abstract: High brightness white light emitting diodes(LEDs) are very promising in many new illumination applications. This paper is to investigate the cooling solutions of a LED heallamp. Air cooling with heat sink were proved to be unsuitable. A cooling method based on heat pipe is adopted which is proved to be effective. Simulations were performed with Flotherm software to investigate the thermal permance.A sample of LED headlamp is fabricated based on the structure of a certain sedan combined headlamp. The testing results are in accordance with the simulation results
