Abstract: The article analyzes how the stability of the Industry-University-Institute Alliance (IUIA) directly and indirectly promotes the performance of the IUIA’s inter-organizational knowledge creation. The stable Industry-University-Institute Alliance directly promotes the inter-organizational knowledge creation performance by reducing knowledge creation period, reducing knowledge creation risk, reducing knowledge creation cost, improving the quality of new knowledge and creating more knowledge creation chances. The stable Industry-University-Institute Alliance indirectly promotes the inter-organizational knowledge creation performance by promoting inter-organizational knowledge sharing.

Abstract: large eddy simulation cooperated with a physical fractional-step method was applied to simulate steady flow around two parallel circular cylinders. The total velocity vectors, pressure contours and vorticity magnitude are obtained. The modeling results conform to physical law, and show that the large eddy simulation theory has powerful capacity in simulation of microstructures of turbulent flows, and can be widely applied to the solution of real engineering problems.

Abstract: This article aims to reduce the logistic cost in distribution in FMCG industry. First analyzed different distribution methods then set up a valuation index system. Fix the optimization plan for the final logistic operation mode based on the evaluation of the corporation’s risk preference. Take a multinational FMCG company’s real situation as an example, set forth what setups should take to optimize the management of supply channel in detail. Finally, realize the reduction of logistic cost.

Abstract: Fuel atomization and penetration are known to significantly affect the combustion and emission processes in diesel engines. In the fuel supply system of diesel engines, the internal cavitaing flow of the nozzle is one of the most important effects on fuel spray characteristics. So it is necessary to simulate fuel spray coupling with internal cavitaing flow of the nozzle. In order to analyze the influence of cavitaing flow in the nozzle hole on spray, a coupling spray simulation was carried out with the output data of cavitaing flow in nozzles using FIRE v2010. The results of this work show that the characteristics of cavitating flow in orifice have an effect on both macroscopic properties, such as spray tip penetration and spray symmetry, and microscopic properties, like Sauter Mean Diameter-SMD. Moreover, the spray characteristics from three different types of nozzle were simulated to study the effect of nozzle structure on internal cavitating flow and subsequent spray, which supplies the theoretical foundation for the optimization design of the injector.

Abstract: The distributed control of complex and dynamic manufacturing systems is a challenging task and the multi-agent system (MAS) becomes a suitable solution due to its flexibility in both distributing and integrating software functionalities across the controlled system. This paper investigates the potentials of improving agent message delivery by enhancing the underlying communication network with IP QoS mechanisms using service differentiation and early congestion avoidance techniques. The extensive simulation experiments demonstrated the effectiveness of our approach in providing small latency, small jitter and improved throughputs in ACL message delivery, whilst without deteriorating other data applications between distributed controllers.

Abstract: Huffman tree is also called the optimal binary tree, is a kind of weighted shortest path length of the binary tree; Huffman coding is a coding method, which is used for a lossless data compression entropy coding ( right encoding ) optimal coding method. The realization of Huffman tree visualization is of great significance, this paper uses the object-oriented method, using a complete binary tree of Huffman tree visualization, visual image display of the Huffman coding process.

Abstract: The random spruce short fiber reinforced polypropylene composites is a type of thermoplastic bio-composites. It is considered as homogeneous, isotropic in macro-scale of its specimen, in fiber scale about 500μm, the composite material appears heterogeneity, anisotropy due to the influence of microstructures of random short fibers. The heterogeneous deformations near the crack tip of the compact tension (CT) specimen which made from spruce/PP composites were measured by means of the digital image correlation method (DICM) with high resolutions digital image. The crack tip fields of heterogeneous displacement and strain for spruce/PP composites with fiber volume content 49% were obtained. The effects of random fiber microstructures on macroscopic deformations were discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel approach is proposed for learning visual object classifiers with only positive images. Both positive and negative examples are collected from the positive images, and the false negative examples are filtered out by the Ramp Loss function, which has a strong ability of suppressing the influence of outliers. Meanwhile, the Latent Structural Support Vector Machines are adopted to estimate the best bounding boxes due to the unavoidable annotation errors. In learning the sub-problems, an extremely fast learning algorithm, CCCP-SGD, is proposed to optimize the Ramp Loss-based SVMs based on the Stochastic Gradient Descent algorithm. Experiments demonstrate that the CCCP-SGD algorithm can reduce the computing time both in the training and predicting phases, especially with a significant speedup in training, whilst it can also yield robust generalization performance when dataset is noisy. Besides, the visual object classifiers learnt by our approach with only positive images almost have the same performance as the classifiers learned with both positive and negative examples in object detection tasks.

Abstract: The measurement system of the depth distance based on binocular stereo vision is proposed. The model of camera imaging is established and the process of camera calibration is described. Interior and external parameters of two cameras are calculated by HALCON. Then the depth distance can be obtained by the parallax measurement of the image pairs. The simulation experiments have been done and the results demonstrated that the measuring method is feasible.
