Abstract: [Objective] To achieve self-learning ability and to develop innovative strategies for effective application, network learning platform is designed. The changes of learning platform in innovation learning elements and function modules are to further explore. [Methods and Process] Experimental research methods combined with functional testing; system analysis and theoretical studies are combination of research methods. [Results] The innovation of e-learning platform designed is to adhere to the principles of humanity, to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, to make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching, to achieve a system of teaching and the integration of resources and management, to provide learners with a kinds of effective learning platform and how to effectively optimize student learning strategies, to achieve self-learning, collaborative learning and the combination of innovative learning purposes. [Conclusion] The innovation of e-learning platform design is based on self-learning ability to develop innovative strategies to make the practice of research and exploration, curriculum design for the network providing a useful example of network courseware and teaching platform with dual function, to ensure teaching goals, and to promote the coordinated development of the overall quality of students.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the implements a data rate can be adjusted, m series can be equipped with pseudo-random series of sequence generator. This design in the basis of linear feedback shift register, through the linear feedback function to produce mould the longest m sequence. In order to carry on it, we use the hardware description language VHDL, take advantage of the FPGA reconfigurability and flexibility, using Quartus II 8.0 for the integrated wiring, and give the Model simulation waveforms. For the sake of verifying the feasibility of this design, we adapt it to the DE2 board, and with an oscilloscope and other equipment were tested.

Abstract: Stiffened plate is used widely in ship structure for its high capacity and light weight so studying the limit of deformation of stiffened plates under blast loading has important engineering significance. The blast loading is simplified to triangle with only ascending stage and equivalent stiffness at all directions and every parameter of the stiffened plate are calculated so the maximum deformation can be solved finally. The dynamic response of rectangle stiffened plate under blast loading was simulated by non-linear finite element software and got the maximum deformation of the plate .The simulative results are consistent with the theoretical results. At the same time, the displacement and velocity of all directions at three different points can be got from the simulation and related theoretical derivation is proved correctly by analyzing the simulative results.

Abstract: We report on microcrystalline silicon thin films and a-Si:H/a-SiGe:H/μc-Si:H triple-junction p-i-n solar cells deposited on large-area glass substrate. Microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si:H) bottom cells were deposited at a VHF-PECVD deposition system with 40.68MHz. It is necessary to develop the uniformity of μc-Si:H thin films for large-area deposition of high-quality triple-junction solar cells. By optimizing the deposition parameters, μc-Si:H thin films have been obtained with good thickness and very good crystalline volume fractions uniformity over the whole substrates area. The triple-junction module have been successful fabricated. The best module on 0.79 m2 size substrates has an initial total-area efficiency of 8.35%.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to measure flank wear of dry milling 6061 aluminum alloy of different PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) multilayer coatings (including TiN, TiCN, and TiAlN) single edge rhombus micro-end-milling tools. All of the experiments were designed using the Taguchi method in order to obtain robust results. In order to realize the level of importance of each machining parameter, the L9(34) orthogonal array, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio were determined. The tool wear images are captured using a machine vision system incorporated with an effective corner detection algorithm. During the milling test, we fixed spindle speed at 6000 rpm and feed rate at 0.0125 mm/rev to investigate the correlation between side clearance angle and coating materials. The experimental results show that TiCN-coating mills generate minimum flank wear and longest tool life.

Abstract: Cord-rubber composites are usually subjected to cyclic deformation for the tire applications. Due to the hysteretic nature of the rubber, heat generation in the rubber component under dynamic cyclic loading often causes a rise in temperature, which can deteriorate the physical properties of the composites. Therefore, better understanding of the cord-rubber composites under thermal aging conditions is of great importance for the lifetime prediction. In the present work, the effective modulus of polyester cord- and steel cord-rubber composites at different aging conditions was studied by means of the mechanics of composite materials and the Arrhenius relationship based on the properties of components. It is found that the Halpin-Tsai relation with introducing the effect of thermal aging is also valid for the aged cord-rubber composites.

Abstract: According to the innovation of specific module during the process of product platform in innovation and evolution, a method of using patent knowledge for aiding modules innovation based on axiomatic design and TRIZ was put forward. Firstly, we design the model of innovative design of module based on patent. On this basis, we construct the process of patent circumvent based on axiomatic design and TRIZ, and the conceptual design method based on patent knowledge of same field. Finally, application of the method was illustrated by example to verify the effectiveness.

Abstract: The logistic performance of a squeeze casting equipment like production cycle time and the utilization rate of components, has impacts on the production rhythm , cast quality and it's lifecycle. So it is essential to analyze the logistic performance of squeeze casting equipments during design, buying and using. This paper deals with evaluating the logistic performance of squeeze casting equipments through simulation.Flexsim software was employed to simulate squeeze casting equipments, where the simulation model of a squeeze casting machine was constructed and the utilization rate was investigated by conducting four simulation samples of different cast products.It is indicated that simulation is an easy and effective method to evaluate the utilization rate performance of squeeze casting equipments and it is concluded that the utilization rate of all component cells except squeeze mechanism is very low and decreases with the curing time of casts increase, their value is very close to the ratio of the their processing time to each total cycle time. The simulation results can also help us find the bottleneck and optimize design of the squeeze casting equipment.

Abstract: The effects of an acidic polysaccharide from Gracilaria lemaneiformis (GLSPs) on the immunomodulation in vitro and in vivo were investigated. It was shown that GLSPs with different concentrations significantly promoted the splenocyte proliferation and macrophage phagocytosis in vitro. In addition, GLSPs also remarkably enhanced the splenocyte proliferation induced by ConA or LPS in mice, notably improved the macrophage phagocytosis towards neutral red, and increased the percentages of CD3+ and CD4+ cells in peripheral blood of mice. The results suggested that GLSPs has significant effect on immunomodulation, and may have biomedical material applications and potential use in stimulating the immune system.
