Abstract: Automobile transmission is a very important part of automobile, and the comprehensive experimental Testing Bed of automobile transmission has realized the comprehensive performance test of four kinds of types’ automobile transmissions. This text has recommended design, operation principle, characteristic and how to realize the system of comprehensive experimental testing Bed of automobile transmission. This testing Bed adopts electromechanical unify principle. It realizes four manual transmission being changed into given and stock automatically. Meanwhile it adopts Labview software as the developing testing Bed, realizing be controlled frequency conversion speed regulator, Step-servo motor, magnetic particle loader, clutch, etc. by computer at the same time. This testing Bed also measures torque, rotational speed in real-time on input axle and output axle of the transmission.

Abstract: LAMOST(Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope)is a breakthrough on astronomy in China, and is also in the lead on astronomy in the world. During the design, the seeing of telescope LAMOST is one of the most important aspects. While the temperature difference in the dome is the significant factor that affects the seeing, the temperature distribution in the dome must be controlled. The thermal distribution of the dome in telescope LAMOST was calculated and simulated by Icepak software. The emulation demonstrates that without any cooling project, the discipline of the temperature distribution in the dome around the first mirror Ma is nice enough to achieve a good seeing while the mirror Ma is in the partly open globular structure. According to these results, there is no need to working out a cooling scheme to improve the thermal circumstances of the dome. The result of emulation is approximate to the experiment temperature distribution of the Ф2.16m telescope that is closely near to the LAMOST, which makes significance to improve the seeing of the dome and to develop the dome’s design.

Abstract: In this paper, it mainly research on the application of geography information technology in the popular science educational fields. It applies the space-time attribute and the graph visualization technology into the popular science knowledge creation, establishes the space-time information model of the popular science knowledge, and combines with the digital earth technology to make information of popular science to be expressed and exhibited in the method of graphical visually. It improves the accessibility of the popular science knowledge, and realizes an new method to popular science knowledge.

Abstract: For the shortcomings of AHP, this paper has come up with a method of fuzzy analysis hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number. This assessment method uses fuzzy numbers to reflect the ambiguity of expert evaluation, to weaken the subjectivity of the simple use of AHP method and to quantify the weight of power customer credit property calculation, and the evaluation results becomes more objective. Through examples, it is shown how to practically apply the method.

Abstract: Automatic balance control in the jacking process of the self-elevating offshore wind turbine installation vessel is the guarantee of the vessel’s safe operations. The automatic balance method in the movement of the wind turbine installation vessel is analyzed, and a leveling scheme by the proportion reversing valves as the actuator is proposed. Then, the leveling principle of heavy platform is studied; an automatic balance strategy which is the combination of displacement leveling strategy and angle leveling strategy is given. Also, an automatic balance control system of wind turbine installation vessel which is based on PLC and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus is established. PLC is as the main controller. Fieldbus adopted to realize data transmission between master and slave. And the balance procedure based on PID is designed. The research shows that the control system has good control effect such as fast response, high precision and good stability.

Abstract: The process of remanufacture in supply chain management has already obtained some producers and managers' value, but actually has not obtained the corresponding attention and the research in the industrial engineering and the management science research area. At present, the market competition has not been a single competition among enterprises, it has gradually expanded to the entire supply chain or value chain. Therefore, from the point of view of supply chain management, this paper analyzed and compared the existing typical mode of production and organizational form in the field of re-manufacturing, Which concluded new features of mode of organization and management in re-manufacturing environment, and further combined with the problems existing in the field of re-manufacturing and the needs of the business to establish information system architecture, for the integrated information system in the remanufacture field to establish relevant technology base and advance some concrete measures to improve.

Abstract: Internet of Things is a special concept of realizing intelligent sense, location, tracking, monitoring and management. It has been formally listed as one of five new large strategic industries. But because the construction of Internet of Things is still stay initial stage of research and exploration. Compared with the current internet, the Internet of Things has not only specific framework system, but also its concept, scope, technology system and standard are not clear. From above, based on grasping the definition, characteristics of the times and current situation of the Internet of Things and combining the connotation of educational resource sharing, this paper just talk over the application of the Internet of Things in education and study how to realize educational resource sharing better with the environment of the Internet of Things.

Abstract: At present, the agriculture in China is severely short of water, which turns water-saving agriculture into a must due. The basic principal of water-saving agriculture is to monitor the crop water potential on time and establish a closed-loop control system. The reality of accurate irrigating is due to the water requirement of the crop. In this way, obtaining the accurate water potential is the key technology for water-saving agriculture. However, the crop water potential and sophisticated field surroundings are relatively weak signals. In this paper, the signals are pretreated. Then the authors identify the signals of the crop water potential from the noised-signals and predict the grow trends by wavelet decomposition and reconstruction. The simulation result proves that the method could basically reflect the trend of desired signals, which is an effective analysis.

Abstract: A method of character feature extraction based on circular projection transformation is proposed. First, it transforms the Cartesian coordinates into polar coordinates using the centroid of character image as the pole. It makes circular projection calculation and generates character feature vector by transforming 2-D character image into 1-D projection curves. Based on circular projection transformation feature extraction, the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) is introduced into the small character set embossed concave-convex character recognition.It adopted LS-SVM training software in the experiment for the simulation of embossed concave-convex characters’ number set. It studied on the effect of different core function and multi-classifier method, and compared with the results of neural networks, pattern matching and other identification classification methods.The experiment results show that the character feature has the scale and rotation invariance by the method of circular projection transformation extraction. Which combined with LS-SVM method has high recognition rate and more practicability in recognition small character set .
