Abstract: The method of using macro-porous absorption resin to rurify coumarins in “Yubaizhi” angelica dahurica was used in this study. A kind of better resin was chosen from D-101 resin and HPD600 resin by the comparison of adsorption rate, desorption rate and purity. The result showed that D-101 resin was better for purifying coumrins. Then these conditions of purifying were discussed. when the sample concentration was 0.1g medicinal materials per milliliter and the adsorbent speed was 1ml/min, the effect of adsorption was better. And per gram resin could adsorb coumarins of 3g sample material. When the eluotropic speed of 80% ethanol was 1ml/min and the dosage of eluent reaches was 7 multiple of bed volume, the effect of elution was better. The result of demonstration test showed the effect of purifying coumarin was better with above-mentioned conditions.

The risk identification of investment for large-scale Water and Hydropower Projects is according to the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), and then use the Monte Carlo simulation method for quantitative analysis.

Abstract: Time synchronization system has been widely used in power system. According to the needs of different system, it provides different signals. Usually you can use a GPS clock pulse, serial message, IRIG-B yards and so on. B code contains both plus and serial time message .And the traditional equipment is often used pulse and serial message at the same time. We put forward a method to transmit pulse information and serial message information on a transmission line .And at receiving place, it can restore the signals. It can reduce line costs and outside interferences, is beneficial to the optimization of system.

Abstract: A scheme of Flight Command and Training Simulation System about Aircraft has been put forward and a prototype has been developed based on the technique of three-dimensional digital terrain elevation, flight simulation and automatic generation of flight route. One can not only study and grasp preliminary knowledge about flight command and training independently with the automatic generation function of flight route of the system, but also can get almost real flight command and training experience when flight mission routes are generated with the fight simulation platform of the system. So the system can meet one’s requirement of learning and grasping flight command and training knowledge very well.

Abstract: [Objective] This paper investigates the characteristics of the network environment and the impact on inquiry-based learning and it explores the inquiry learning research, development, content and theoretical basis. [Processes and Methods] The process and methods of experimental control, theoretical studies and system testing ways are applied. [Results] The network environment for inquiry-based learning provides more open space and self-learning environment, providing adequate sources of evidence and a wealth of interactive tools to promote inquiry-based learning and more efficient. “Inquiry learning” is the social development and it emerged with information technology network, the need to generate creative personnel training. The question, exploring and knowledge are the main elements, the learner's thinking on the scientific study and research methods. The theory stems from constructivist learning theory. [Conclusion] “Inquiry learning” is based on students’ knowledge construction, the formation of scientific concepts, scientific method and scientists to comprehend the course of study or activities similar understanding of the formation of a progressive course of communication activities, new course format. Its application for the cultivation of innovative talents is of great significance.

Abstract: On the basis of fully explained the necessary of bringing the Cost–time cumulative curve into estimating costs of the military container roll in/out platform, the paper demonstrates the procedures and method on building the model of Cost–time cumulative curve. And aimed at a certain military container roll in/out platform, the feasibility of these methods is verified by testing instance and experiment.

Abstract: To ensure cryogenic vessels working safely and efficiently is a common focus for governments, manufacturers and customers. Chinese national standard system of gas and material compatibility in cryogenic vessels has still not be build. It is necessary to make a research on international standard about it. In this paper, the main international standard of gas and material compatibility in cryogenic vessels and the international standards of ignition test methods were described.

Abstract: We propose a new control scheme based on analyzing the problems existed in the original machine tool. We use single chip Microcomputer as controller, stepper motor to drive machine table, and power monitor for grinding contact detecting. The principle of grinding contact detection was elaborated, the structure of computer hardware and software are presented. The developed control system has been used for machine. The results show that the control system runs properly and achieves the desired effect.

Abstract: A novel dynamic electromagnetic induction heater for water treatment system is introduced in this paper, and its structure and operation mechanism is given. The heater converts input mechanical energy into various forms of heat energy completely, including the hyseresis loss, eddy current loss, copper loss and so on, and the mathematical model of loss is established based on fundamental electromagnetic field theory. By the finite element analysis, the above three kinds of loss are calculated at different rotation speed, as well as each of the percentage of total loss. At last, the temperature field and heat flux distribution of heater are calculated.
