Abstract:

On the basis of fully explained the necessary of bringing the Cost–time cumulative curve into estimating costs of the military container roll in/out platform, the paper demonstrates the procedures and method on building the model of Cost–time cumulative curve. And aimed at a certain military container roll in/out platform, the feasibility of these methods is verified by testing instance and experiment.
