Abstract: The paper studied that the catalysis mechanism of electrochemical-particles jet compound machining(ECPJM) based on particles impact. The theory was analysed and experiment was carried. The results show that particles impact promoted electrochemical-particles jet compound machining. So the particles impact had the catalysis of the anodic dissolution in the electrochemical-particles jet compound machining. The results also indicate that the processing velocity can be improved under the particles impact, obtaining the surface quality in the electrochemical-particles jet compound machining.

Abstract: In this work, design method for fabricating optical gas chamber of infrared gas sensor was introduced in detail. IRL715 infrared source, PYS3228 pyroelectric detector with double filters and optical gas chamber were assembled into the optical gas chamber, and then the Nor-infrared (NDIR)gas sensor was produced. After tested in specific methane environment, the performance of optical gas chamber was verified. Meanwhile, optical gas chamber was processed with dustproof and waterproof measures. Experimental results show that response sensitivity of optical gas chamber is good.

Abstract: A kind of ambulatory UV light source specific use inverter as the UV light source supporting power. Self-drive four machines running system, the wind turbine strengthen exhaust circulate cooling system。The objects are painted by light solid painting ,which keep still in situation.Accepting high-intensity UV light irradiation which is emitted by light curing machine to achieve the dry film coating. This machine is especially suitable for this kind object which is weight ,larger ,inconvenience delivery.It is ideal coating drying equipment for film covering coating light solid production process.

Abstract: In order to detect the liquid with high temperature, a new kind of continuous temperature measuring system for the molten steel in continuous casting tundish was developed, combining infrared measurement with optical fiber conduction technologies. It overcomes the disadvantages of the existing disposable fast thermocouple such as intermittent measurement, frequent replacement, and experiential insertion position and depth, which can provide a favorable guarantee for the closed loop temperature-related control of the continuous casting production. It is demonstrated that the measurement lag is well solved because the unique single-layer compound outer protection tube with inner sighting tube is adopted, and the system has the advantages in long service life and high measurement precision. In addition, the cost is reduced by 20%~50% compared with the other similar products. The main performance indexes of the system are response speed 3~5s, longest continuous measuring time up to 70h, and average error ±3°C.

Abstract: In the distributed control system, it is not easy to communicate between different operating systems due to the different control platforms. Therefore, the control system is difficult to repair and upgrade. In this study, we employ Timed Petri Net to build up architecture of the real-time control system. The client not only can monitor the current status of production line via the World Wide Web in the OEM plant but also can allow equipment supplier to perform supervision, analysis, and repair in the real-time state. The operation of the hardware platform that is no longer limited to the personal computer (PC) can also support the use of PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) , and internet browsing hardware, and web site monitoring system connected through the web page to monitor the purpose of monitoring equipment machine.

Abstract: This study investigated the mechanical properties of High Strength Concrete filled steel tubular short columns (HSCFSTSC) with length to diameter ratio (L/D) of 3.5.The strength of concrete used to fill the steel tubular columns ranged from 54MPa to 116MPa. The test results showed that using a steel tube as confinement can significantly improve the ductility and compressive strength of core concrete. The magnitude of compressive strength increase of core concrete was directly proportional to the Confinement Index, , and the extent of improvement of the ductility increases as the  increases. For thoroughly improving the ductility of core concrete, the Confinement Index  should be equal or larger than 0.48. The formula used to calculate the load bearing capacity of HSCFSTSC was given out.

Abstract: This paper focus on the relationship between PA and the distribution of polishing pressure, on the basis of the theory that the distribution of polishing pressure is a Modified Gaussian Function and has highly symmetry. Through the simulation experiments, the optimum PA has been determined. And it’s further validated that this optimum PA fits for polishing large aspheric mirror under the conditions with both different internal pressure and bonnet decrement by a series of simulation experiment. It’s also found that PA makes little difference to the size of the contact area and the bonnet decrement has greater influence to the size of the contact area than the internal pressure.

Abstract: Five hardwood species (Schima superba Gardn, kapur( Dryobalanops sp.), ash (Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.), birch(Betula platyphylla Suk.), tauari (Couratari sp.)) were conducted the Heat treatment at 185°C.. The results indicated that the dimensional stability, modulus of elasticity (MOE) increased greatly while the wettability decreased after treatment. There was a negative impact of heat treatment on MORs.

Abstract: According to gas meter, including the traditional mechanical meter, IC card meter ,has the drawbacks of meter reading inconvenience and no control table function, The design of a intelligent network gas meter has the wireless transceiver function, adopted the single-chip radio frequency transceiver chip CC2500, not only simplify the meter reading process, and promote the automatic management of gas company. The wireless network intelligent gas meter system has stable performance, low power consumption, reliable communications, good anti-jamming performance.

Abstract: This paper develops a model to simulate wire-to-sheet lapped resistance microwelding (RMW) process. The model employs a coupled thermal–electrical–mechanical analysis and accounts for temperature-dependent thermophysical properties of materials, contact resistance and the Peltier effect. Results show the interface temperature between the molybdenum electrode and copper wire is higher than the faying surface. The predicted thermal distributes agree well with the experimental data. The proposed model can be applied to predict the effects of the welding parameters.
