Abstract: With analyzing currently existing gear design system, some shortcomings are found. To overcome the shortcomings a design tree model of spiral bevel gear based on knowledge constraint is proposed. Some useful methods for dealing with complicated data or graph are introduced. Finally, a knowledge base system based on integration case-based reasoning with design tree reasoning is built and proved feasible and efficient by the Self-developed spiral bevel gear design system.

Abstract: Aimed at the characteristics of case-hardened machinery products, a realization method of three-dimensional parametric design system based on case-hardened machinery products was developed. Example certification demonstrated the feasibility of design system, which improves design efficiency greatly.

Abstract: The design of extrusion die has been investigated by autofrettage technique considering the characteristics of the extrusion die. Ideal elastoplastic autofrettage model was established and the stress formulae of three loading procedures were derived and the theoretical calculation method of the maximum autofrettage pressure and working load was put forward. The simulations of stress distribution and the inwall displacement of the autofrettaged extrusion die were performed using MARC finite element software, and the results coincided well with the theoretical derivations. It was observed that the autofrettaged extrusion die can raise the elastic loading capacity under the inner displacement limit , without the appearance of reverse yielding and reyielding under the working load. The results show that the autofrettage technique is appropriate for the design of extrusion die.

Abstract: With the extensive use of coins in the financial sector, it is necessary to develop an effective real-time method of identification. This paper presents a coin identification algorithm based on multiple algorithms fusioned and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm in the simulation environment of Matlab. Through experimental analysis, the accuracy of the algorithm is high, and is not easily effected by external environmental factors.

Abstract: A lumped mass model with two degrees of freedom for the vertical vibration system of four roller hot strip rolling mill stand is proposed, and then the parameters of dynamic model , include the equivalent mass , equivalent stiffness and its natural frequencies, were calculated by MATLAB package. The correctness of the model is verified via field vibration testing and signal analysis in the strip rolling process. Comparative the six degrees freedom model, the two degrees freedom model of our proposed is simplified reasonability and the model accuracy is maintained certainly . The two degrees freedom model is critical for the research of digital simulation of the strip rolling process. The research result have important theoretical and practical significance for the parameter optimization of the AGC system , vertical vibration control, the product quality improvement and the rolling speed increase for the rolling mill system.

Abstract: From the perspective of Analytic Geometry, the spatial equation of milling cutter rotary surface is obtained. According to the measurement and machining of shoe last, a new measurement data restoring technology that is named Numerical Cutting is presented, and the Numerical Blade is defined. The working principle of Numerical Cutting Technology is introduced in detail, and it is used to restore the measurement data of shoe last. Then the discrete model of shoe last is gotten by shoe last CAD software. Finally, an application example of Numerical Cutting Technology is presented.

Abstract: Through the contrast test of the different proportion scrap tire rubber powder insulation mortar, the scrap tire rubber powder influence on cracking mortar performance such as the physical, mechanical performance and the shrinkage cracking. Experiment shows that waste rubber particles can improve mortar toughness; the mortar drying shrinkage and the crack of early plastic shrinkage are restrained effectively. But for keeping mortar workability and mortar compressive, flexural strength is the effect of unfavorable.

Abstract: In the multi-view reconstruction process, the paper unifies more partial information into one by using the three-reference-point alignment method. With the research on the process of image extraction, the method can improve the quality of the reconstruction data. The paper uses software CATIA as the platform to create the reverse process system of the product images which validate the feasibility of this method.

Abstract: The hydrogen storage on single wall carbon is studied by using the first principle based on density functional theory (DFT). It concludes that the adsorption of hydrogen on the bare distorted single carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) can be enhanced dramatically when the single wall carbon nanotubes are rotated along the tubs axis. On the other hand, it suggests that the hydrogen storage capacity of SWNTs depend on the deformation angles.
