Abstract: This paper is concerned about the sequencing problems in pull production systems consisting of one mixed-model assembly line with limited intermediate buffers and one fabrication flow line with limited intermediate buffers. The optimization objective is to minimizing the total makespan cost in the whole production system. The mathematical models and, considering the safety inventory of the demanded parts, the method to determine the production sequences for the fabrication line according to the production sequences for the mixed-model assembly line are presented. Since the problem is NP-hard, a modified memetic algorithm is proposed for solving the models. In this algorithm, the method of generating the initial population, the local search procedures, the selection, crossover and mutation operators are newly designed. Optimization results are compared between the algorithm proposed in this paper and the traditional genetic algorithm. The feasibility and efficiency of the modified memetic algorithm is shown by the comparison results.

Solving Lot-Sizing and Sequencing Integrated Optimization Problems in Mixed-Model Production Systems
Abstract: This paper is concerned about the lot-sizing and sequencing integrated optimization problems in mixed-model production systems composed of one mixed-model assembly line and one fabrication flow line. The optimization objective is minimizing the total makespan cost in regular hour, the overtime makespan cost and the holding cost in the whole production system. The mathematic models are presented and an adaptive genetic algorithm is developed for solving this problem. A traditional genetic algorithm is also designed for testing the optimization performance of the adaptive genetic algorithm. Computational experiments are conducted and the optimization results are compared between the above two algorithms. The comparison results show that the adaptive genetic algorithm is a feasible and effective method for solving this problem.

Abstract: In this paper, the aviation supplies inventory in maintenance process is taken as the study subject. Based on reasonable hypothesis, aviation supplies consuming process in a fixed period is regarded as stochastic process, and inventory process and inventory control system model are built. Take tire inventory as an example and then the model parameters have been identified. On this basis, aviation supplies inventory control system is designed by means of stochastic control theory, which could optimize inventory quantity. Finally, simulate inventory control process by MATLAB simulation software. The results show that inventory variance and average inventory quantity decrease, which can significantly reduce the stock fund and maintenance cost.

Abstract: As a kind of silk, Lu Embroider is an valuable cultural heritage. This textile adequately approves the advancement of Chinese civilization. At the same time, Lu Embroider is easy decayed. We lack the consciousness of protecting the cultural heritage. In this paper, the reasons and significance of conservation ancient Lu Embroider fabric are introduced. The correspond conservation methods also is presented at the same time.

Abstract: This paper, based on a survey of manufacturing firms in south and central China regions, examines the relationship among green supply chain management, competitive advantage and firm performance. By factor analyses, the scale of manufacturing firm’s green supply chain management is obtained. The results show that green supply chain management can be conceptualized as a four dimensional variable: green manufacturing, green purchasing, green distribution and green logistics. Furthermore, after testing research hypotheses by LISREL, we find that these four constructs all have significant effects on competitive advantage, and that green manufacturing and green logistics have significant effects on firm performance. The implications for our findings are also presented.

Abstract: Greening housing supply chain is a proactive response to environmental regulation. Customized community planning, LEED for Homes and mass customization housing production are introduced as main strategies of green housing supply chain corresponding to planning, and design and production stages of housing supply. Since environmentally-friendly practices occur more often in customized housing productions, housing buyers with environmental consciousness are playing an increasingly important role in greening the housing supply chain in China.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the sustainable supply chain management practices likely to be adopted by the manufacturing industry of automotive products in India. The approach of the present research includes a literature review, in depth interviews and questionnaire surveys. The relationship between sustainable supply chain management practices and environmental performance is studied. The industries in the automotive products industry in India were sampled for empirical study. The data were then analyzed using statistical package for the social sciences is used as a path analysis model to verify the hypothetical construction of the study. The results indicate that performance of automotive products industry regarding eco procurement, eco accounting, eco logistic design, eco product design, eco manufacturing practices, operational performance, vendor management etc in response to the current wave of national & international green issues and also environmental performance of the respective industries.

Abstract: Fuzzy mathematics is a new mathematical method, which is based on fuzzy set instead of classic set and can deal with some fuzzy set things. Now it is widely used all aspects of the quality evaluation in real life. The author accumulates some experience through the research of the theory of fuzzy mathematics and investigation of reverse logistics. The existing automobiles are increasing and waste automobiles are also more and more in China. This paper uses the fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate reverse logistics of waste automobile through the reverse logistics analysis.

Abstract: Under the background of considering ecological balance, environmental protection and energy saving, how to boost the sustainable development of enterprises has become the common problem that TV industry needs to solve urgently. Therefore, this article considers the necessity of implementing green supply chain development model in Chinese TV industry, and gives the framework under the thought of circular economy. It also deeply analyzes the circular economy construction of each part of the framework, and puts forward some countermeasures of implementing green supply chain management in Chinese TV industry.

Abstract: With growing environmental concern, many organizations have become aware of the importance of designing reverse logistics networks. Although lots of models have been developed to design reverse logistics, there still exist some drawbacks in these existing design models. This paper proposes a mixed integer linear programming model to study the reverse logistics networks, which seeks to minimize the total cost. The factors considered in the model include the cost of collection, disassembly and treatment, processing capacity, sales income from material fractions after disassembly, as well as recycling subsidy. finally, a few of issues requiring further research are highlighted.
