Abstract: With the increase of product data, it is one of the key problems if the existing resources can be ordered and reused rapidly. Focusing on the technical objects, the framework of ordering system is proposed for the technical objects based on meta object facility. The framework of ordering system includes four layers such as the layer of technical objects, models, meta-models and meta-meta-models. The description of each layer is analyzed in detail which set forth the ordering structure, the elemental composition and the relations of elements. The application indicates that the ordering system of technical objects realizes the reusing of existing objects, improves the efficiency of enterprise personnel. It is the guide of implementation for information in future.

Abstract: The advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) is the important symbol of the national industrial modernization level. Because of fuzzy and uncertainty of reference information for decision,traditional evaluation methods often determined not accurately and efficiently. According to the evaluation of problem, based on the Fuzzy control technology, this paper firstly put forward a method of fuzzy group multi-criteria decision-making, which applies with the information of either weight coefficient or policymakers weight coefficient incompletely and decision makers having risk attitudes. Then on the basis of constructing the evaluation criterion system of advanced manufacturing technology, an example of some enterprise with AMT selecting project evaluation is given to explain the feasibility and availability of this method for helping decision-makers in determining the optimal conditions of AMT in uncertain environment.

Abstract: At present, technology for open pit combined underground mining is one problem about mine. It mainly involves some problems, such as how to design deep resources exploitation, how to evaluation slope stability and so on. Combining the underground mining effect with their characteristics and function attributes influenced by the slope deformation, this paper considers the both composite superimposed law, and derives the calculation method of the slope stability under comprehensive function. Accordingly, explore the influence law of slope stability, induced by underground mining area and the relative position and the space and geometry size changes of slope body. And the final purpose is to provide the scientific basis for design and safety assessment of deep resource extraction.

Abstract: Bilevel programming has great significance in the field of engineering optimization, but for the particularity of the model it is difficult to solve. A numerical method for solving the bilevel programming has variable range constraints only in upper-level model based on Moving Space Response Surface Fitting Optimum Solution Function (MRFOM) is proposed in this paper. Some bilevel programming for the engineering optimization is hard to solve by mathematical method because the lower-level function expressions are hard to get because the lower-level optimizations are performed by specialty optimization software. MRFOM is specially applicable for this condition. Result shows that it has a good computing effect for the application of engineering optimization.

Abstract: High temperature, high humidity, corrosive substances in the air and a variety of fungus are devastating for the product, so how to correctly evaluate the impact of three defenses of the product is particularly important. Basing on the failure of the salt fog, humidity, and fungus, this paper will analyse the product’s failure mechanism and failure mode and then use fuzzy satisfactory optimization method to evaluate the product’s environmental adaptability in the humidity, salt fog and fungus condition.

Abstract: This paper first constitutes a system-of-systems’s statics model with the method of ABM (Activity Based Methodology) on the framework of DoDAF. And then change the statics model to dynamic with the method of BPMN ( Business Process Modeling Notation).In the support of simulation environment ,chose the mission completion success probability(MCSP) as the key index. Through a case study on the architecture of the civil aviation transportation, we calculate the aircraft’s mission of inherent completion probability(IMCSP) and run analysis on the model’s sensitivity. The modeling method and the case study results are accepted by relevant civil aviation transportation department.

Abstract: The study investigates the factors underlie risk and comfort in complex situations provided by adjustable care bed(ACB) in passive motion procedure, also quantified the influence of forces to comfort. Subjects simply trained took part in the measurement on three types of adjustable care beds, they experienced the passive motion process, then reflected their feeling and conducted the questionnaires. Motion limitation and influencing factors were defined according to reflection of subjects. Conclusions are drawn from results of quantified subtle influence of forces to define the motion limitation of ACB. A series of recommendations to improve passive motion of ACB were given, also to predict the feasibility of unprecedented functions or new postures provided by mechanical assistance to some extend.

Abstract: Visual field of the driver will impact directly on the active safety of the automobile. In this paper, the Chinese eye ellipse in 95th percentile was established based on the modified Chinese physical dimensions data and the equation which is used to position the ellipse with the AHP as the reference point was deduced, providing reference for the design and check work of the automobile visual field. Parameterized model which is used to calculate the blind area in the display zone of the dashboard is built, basing on the Chinese eye ellipse in 95th percentile and its position equation. When the design parameter is changed, the blind area will update synchronously according to the geometric relationship between each dimension, and this characteristic of the model is helpful to avoid redundant design, reduce designers' burden and save time.

Abstract: This paper first proves the practicability of evacuation using elevators in high-rise buildings fire. Analyzing characteristics of the evacuation by elevators, the paper put forward an improved evacuation strategy and the corresponded improved evacuation model. In order to further prove the improved evacuation strategy can shorten the evacuation time, taking a certain building for example, this paper design many projects of evacuation, which based on different evacuation strategies. Finally, the paper modeling and simulating these projects with simulation software, results showed by simulation models can prove the large superiority of improved evacuation strategy.

Abstract: Based on the relation of the operating resource consumption, the capital cost and the motivation of quality cost, this paper proposed that the cost for improving product quality in the capital cost was regarded as a part of the quality cost, from this the quality cost was re-defined. And in order to distribute and control the quality cost reasonably, the paper based on the evaluation system of EVA, used PVA to assign the quality cost into the various stages of production.
