Abstract: With requirements to air quality for human’s living, energy conservation and emission reduction, motorcycle emission in our country is in strict accordance with Euro III standard, while use of EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) control system is one of the main measures to achieve the emission requirements. In this paper, 51-series MCU is applied as the core control unit for EFI control system of 950 (ml) large displacement motorcycles, which improves the dynamics and fuel economy of 950 (ml) gasoline engines. Hardware and software designs are proposed. Hardware design covers input signal processing circuit and driver circuit for EFL and software design analyzes the software control strategy in four aspects: engine work modes, fuel injection, ignition and idle speed control. The design in this paper has advantages of low cost and optimal control system performance. It not only fulfills the requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction, but also improves the performance of control system. Simulations carried out are presented to demonstrate that air-fuel ratio is controlled around ideal value, which is of great significance to large displacement motorcycle industry.

Abstract: Construction industry is one of the most information-intensive industries. It is also fragmented and complex which often causes poor information management. As a result, it has serious adverse effects for its efficiency and productivity. Internet technologies have now been regarded potential in resolving the issues. This paper aims at discussing the chance that Internet technologies can provide. It also further discusses some possible applications and tools that can be integrated to improve the information management in construction.

Abstract: The product structure evolution caused by maintenance activity was important constituent part of Product Lifecycle Management, but it has not been in-depth research in PLM and maintenance management. The mechanism of product structure evolution in maintenance stage was analyzed and the product structure evolution model for maintenance was set up in this paper. First, the product structure evolution was decomposed into the change of maintain status item, all sort of maintain events were classified into three classes according to their maintain method for maintain status item, then the kinetics characters of product structure evolution were sum up .Second, the change of maintain status item was marked and recorded through four classes of maintain status, then the relationship between maintain event and maintain status of maintain status item was modeled based on finite automaton, so the product structure evolution model for maintenance was set up. At last, the example of product structure evolution of SIDEL SBO14 bottle blowing machines was adopted to set forth above-mentioned.

Abstract: Partner selection process is a major issue in the formation of a virtual enterprise. This paper analyzes the partner selection process of a virtual enterprise and provides its model based on Petri net. The model describes the dynamic behaviors such as concurrent, asynchronism among the factors in partner selection process. In addition, paper analyzes the liveness of the process model by means of the reachability tree.

Abstract: Related to the machining precision, especially for the middle and low end machining center, the positioning error is often considered as a major factor, which can be traditionally decreased by the pitch compensation function integrated in the CNC system. However, the function is just founded on that all of positioning errors remain constant in the machining process, and it is difficulty to meet the compensation needs in different machining condition. At the same time, it involves a mass of parameters that need professional manual correction. Therefore, the software error compensation method is put forward. Firstly, based on cubic spline interpolation, the error compensation model is designed through the processing of positioning error which is collected by the laser interferometer. Secondly, with the characteristics of G codes, the database is established for error compensation, which can effectively correct different machining G codes with enough error information. Finally, by the experiment and accuracy evaluation, results show that after the positioning error of machining center is compensated by the presented scheme, its precision is improved obviously.

Abstract: Based on the multi-variable grey model and taking the statistical Design of Experiments result of concrete diamond grinding parameters as the data sample, a gray forecasting model of concrete diamond grinding parameters was built. In substituting the real experiment data, a verification experiment for the machining volume and grain wear forecast of concrete diamond grinding tool was conducted using grinding parameters as input value and machining volume and grain wear as output value. The example result indicated that the model can precise forecast them machining volume and grain wear of diamond grinding tool.

Abstract: For the purpose of realizing fast and effective detection of defects of yarn-dyed fabric, and in consideration of the inherent characteristics of texture, i.e., color and structure, an approach for automatic defect detection is proposed in this paper. The image of yarn-dyed fabric to be enhanced is first converted from RGB true color space to L*a*b* color space. Then Log-gabor filters filter chromatic and brightness channels, and energy feature images are acquired after energy is fused between chromatic and brightness. Finally defects of yarn-dyed fabrics can be detected on the energy feature images using local binary patterns. The proposed method can detect colored and structural flaws. Experimental results for the defect detection from six kinds of yarn-dyed fabrics indicate that a high detection rate is achieved for the proposed method. It is fast enough to be possible for real-time application.

Abstract: According to the requirement to the pilot mill for the cold rolling process research work, new type pilot reverse cold rolling mill is designed. Computer control system, including primary automation system, process automation system and human machine interface (HMI) system, is developed for this mill. Technological control function such as electric position control, hydraulic tension control, automatic gauge control (AGC), and process control functions such as model setup calculation, process tracking, actual data treatment are realized. This new type pilot cold rolling mill has been used successfully in several iron steel companies.
