Abstract: The active screen ion sulphurized layer was prepared on the surface of CrMoCu alloy cast iron by using active screen ion sulphurizing technology. Its key composition is FeS. Under epinoc grease lubrication condition, the friction factor and the wear volume of the active screen ion sulphurized layer is 24% and 40% lower than that of the plain surface and close to that of the sulphurized layer, respectively. The active screen ion sulphurized layer has excellent self-lubrication property, and its loose and porous structure tending to store the grease, which make it possess excellent friction reduction and wear resistance performances.

Abstract: The crux to the 3D design of cavity of injection molds for involute plastic gears is to solve the difficulty in zooming the cavity of molds and the accurate molding of the involute tooth profile. Researches have shown that the shrinkage of involute tooth profile is non-linear during the injection molding process of plastic gears. This paper presents the 3D design of cavity of injection molds for involute gears based on SolidWorks after offering an introduction to the relationship between the cavity tooth profile of injection molds for small-modulus plastic gears and the tooth profile of injection molding part.

Abstract: The PC grinder of ceramic ferrule is the core part of the processing of Optical—fiber Connector. Through the processing equipment, in order to ensuring the product spherical curvature radius is SR14-18mm, eccentric ≤30 µm, surface roughness of less than 0.01 µm. In grinding process for high rotating speed and high precision machining, here used a motorized spindle technology. High speed spindle is widely applied in high speed grinder whit its advantages of light weight, high speed, compact structure, small inertia, good dynamic characteristics and so on.

Abstract: Methyl methacrylaten (MMA) was used to solution graft onto and modify chloroprene rubber (CR) to improve its adhesive strength. And chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and magnesium oxide (MgO) were added to the optimum formula system of CR/MMA adhesive to prepare a better adhesive effect of CR/MMA/CPE /MgO adhesive dedicated to bonding UHMWPE and 45# steel. The performance of adhesive film was analyzed by Infrared spectroscope (IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Comprehensive thermal analysis (TG-DTG). The results show that CR being grafted and modified by MMA and adding CPE and MgO in the optimum formula of CR-MMA adhesive can improve itself bonding effect of glue solution and the wetting effect of glue solution onto bonding interface, and all helped to improve bonding strength. Adding 18% of CPE and 8% of MgO (in relation to CR) in the optimum formula of CR-MMA which bonding strength is up to 0.8013MPa could make the prepared composite adhesive’ s bonding strength reach 1.2048MPa and heat resistance temperature be up to about 200°C.

Abstract: Dynamic characteristics is the foundation of the dynamic design of the machine tool, while the key factor of establishing the accurate dynamic model of the machine tool is the treatment of the joint surface. In this paper, the whole machine tool model is built with the software PRO/ E, and the software MSC. Patran is used to mesh the finite element of super-high-speed grinder and set up the boundary conditions. Then Yoshimura method is used to determine the junction parameters and establish the dynamic model of the junction. The software MSC. Nastran is used to analyze the modal of the whole machine. At last, on basis of identifying the weaknesses of the structure of the machine tool, the paper provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the machine tool design.

Abstract: We study the flow of money among agents in the local-world network with yard-sale model and aggressiveness. The system allows money trade between two agents and a time during the evolving of the model, betting a fraction α of the loser’s agent wealth. b parameterizes the significance of the relative wealth of the agents. According to analysis the wealth distribution with b>0,b=0 and bis the most important index of system structure. The computation and simulation results tell us that Gini coefficient is growing up gradually as increasing of . These results can offer effective approaches for our country to establish useful measure and policy to relax the unequal distribution of wealth.

Abstract: When filling liquid’s temperature is over 300 degrees centigrade, the internal high pressure forming process is easy to be decomposed and metamorphosed, therefore, as the pressure transmission medium, the important limited factor for the further development of the temperature state internal high pressure forming process is the heat-resistant limit. This paper analyzes the physical properties of the composite powder between micro silica and hexagonal boron nitride, and on the basis of it, discusses its pressure-transmitting properties under the static pressure condition. The researcher uses the pressing machine to force the press on different quality of the mixed powder in the different temperature, and measures the wall pressure distribution by using the high temperature resistant pressure sensor. The experimental results demonstrate that when the hexagonal boron nitride comes to 2 percents of the composite powder, the effect of the pressure transmission performance are the best, meanwhile it is not a significant factor for the temperature to influence the pressure transmission properties of the composite powder, and it will keep stable on the high temperature. In the 500 degrees centigrade, as the pressure transmission medium, the warm state internal high pressure forming research has been done through adding axial force and internal pressure to the 40Cr steel pipe fittings. The research results prove that the pressure transmission medium can not only overcome the traditional medium in high pressure forming filling liquid under high temperature, but also fully improve the plasticity deformation of metal workpieces. It helps to the bulging of complex, high hard metal pieces, and it is also helpful for simplified forming technology.

Abstract: Q235 steel was processed by solid carburizing and quenching after conducted by W-Mo-Y double glow-discharge plasma surface alloying process. Finally carbon contents, the morphologies and phases of the samples' surface were analyzed. The results show as follows: Carbon contents of the samples' surface are 1.28 wt%, 1.36 wt%, 1.51 wt% respectively after W-Mo-Y alloying layer (also called co-penetrated layer) was processed by solid carburizing at 960 °C, 980 °C, 1020 °C respectively; The amount of the carbides in W-Mo-Y alloying layer is obviously more than that of the carbides in W-Mo alloying layer; The granular carbides distribute dispersively and uniformly in alloying layer, and the sizes of carbide particle are less than 1 μm; There is no eutectic carbide at the grain boundaries; With temperatures of carburizing and quenching process rising, the carbides increases in number; After W-Mo-Y alloying layer was carburized and quenched at 1020 °C, the phases of alloying layer are Fe2C, W2C, Fe2MoC, MoC, Fe3C, Mo2C and Y2C3; and the types of their carbides are M3C, M2C, and MC, which are different from the types of W-Mo carbides in general metallurgy high-speed steel (HSS). It can be seen from the available, the morphologies, the sizes and the amount of surface HSS's carbides can be adjusted by heat treatment.

Abstract: To constructed turbine blade efficiently and accurately, NURBS is adopted to fit the turbine blade surface. The cross section and longitudinal node vectors are computed using the centripetal parameter method and the accumulation chord length parameter method separately. The accurate mathematics model of blade is built with non-uniform rational B-spline based on control points and node vector. The matrix expression is also given. The example shows the blade mathematics model satisfies the accuracy requirement completely. It has the practical application value to enhance the blade design quality and carry on the blade dynamic analysis.

Abstract: The anticorrosive work for pipeline is a long-term basic work. It is significant for us to lengthen pipeline working life and enhance the operation reliability. In this article, the corrosive status in quo and reasons for pipeline in Panjin oilfield were narrated. In accordance with the corrosive characters, the new anticorrosive coating that epoxy heavy anticorrosive over-rust primer/IPN topcoat was opened up. In the lab, the anticorrosive coating by analyzed with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion behavior of the new anticorrosive coating was compared with that of the traditional asphalt paint. The conclusion is that the epoxy heavy anticorrosive over-rust primer/IPN topcoat is superior to asphalt paint in anticorrosive properties.
