Abstract: To understand the relationship between surface finish and zinc whisker growth, this study investigated the growth of whiskers on two mild steel substrates of different surface finish by Field Emission Gun Scanning Electron Microscope (FEG SEM). Results show that, under the same experimental conditions, deposits on substrates with a mirror finish grew less whiskers and nodules than substrates with a rough surface finish.

Abstract: The design scheme of a new type strut was put forward, whose stiffness characteristics can undertake linkage control. The structure and basic principle of this new suspension component were introduced. According to fluid mechanics and thermodynamics, a mathematical model for the stroke dependent stiffness characteristics of the strut was established, and the stiffness characteristics were analyzed by using software SIMULINK. Then the stiffness performance bench test of the strut specimen was carried out for verification. Results show that the test results agree well with the simulation results. It is verified that the established mathematical model is correct and the stiffness of this strut shows nonlinear changes vary with the displacement of piston. When the suspension is largely impacted, the stiffness of this strut increases quickly which could restrain the wheel bouncing, body roll and vertical vibration.

Abstract: Dispersing information detecting robots are very suitable for initiative reconnaissance and surveillance in important targets of sensitive areas. However, the dispersing deployment mode of the robot demands excellent anti-impact property. To solve the problem above-mentioned, the design for enhancing anti-impact capability of a kind of dispersing information detecting robot was presented in the paper. Moreover, anti-impact experiments showed that the robot has excellent capability of anti-impact. At last, the experiments also showed that the design of the dispersing information detecting robot is reliable and practical.

Abstract: This document puts forward a method of planning the plane maintainability test based on the development test. In the practical engineering application, it is difficult to carry out the maintainability test due to the plane's development cost and schedule problems. In this paper, assuming not arranging special maintainability test in development phase, research and analysis the plane development tests which can produce maintenance information. Giving the information form, then, collect the maintenance information produced in development phase, so as to realize the planning the plane maintainability test based on the development test.

Abstract: The flame spraying aluminum coating on surface of Q235 steel was investigated by morphology analysis, saline soak test and salt-fog corrosion test. The results shown that comparing to Q235 steel, corrosion resistance of the aluminum flame spraying coating formed was raised.

Abstract: (Ti,W)C particles reinforced Fe-based surface composite coatings were fabricated by in-situ synthesis and powder metallurgy route. The microstructure, interface and wear properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and dry sliding wear test. The results show that (Ti,W)C carbides form via in situ reaction between titanium, ferrotungsten and graphite. The morphology of (Ti,W)C is mainly rectangular form. The interface between (Ti,W)C and iron matrix is found to be free from cracks and deleterious phases. The coating reinforced by (Ti,W)C particles possesses higher wear resistance than that of the substrate.

Abstract: Roll forming is a 3D deformation complex process. Stiffness of stands and strength of shafts are the preconditions for the production of precision products. However, the existing roll forming equipment cannot meet the requirements of the production for high strength steel or ultra high strength steel. In order to solve the forming problem of high strength steel or ultra high strength steel, it needs to redesign a set of roll forming equipment. The redesign of roll forming equipment not only makes the production cycle too long, but also results in a high cost. So it is not suitable for the production of forming products. In this paper, based on the existing roll forming equipment a new method of roll forming operation is proposed to optimize the production of U shaped products. The influences of the new method on the roll forming products such as mechanical properties, microstructures and surface qualities, have also been discussed, Based on the new warm roll forming operation, numerical simulation has also been carried out. The simulation result of geometry is in good agreement with experimental result.

Abstract: At the moment, the flexibility of the workflow definition language is not enough, various products lack operation quality between each other, and the compatibility is bad. Aiming at this situation, this thesis defines one kind of workflow model with component based on XPDL, which causes pattern description and process definition to be simply, and enables the separation between process definition and performing to become possible, so that it can truly realize the universal process definition, communication and interpretation.

Abstract: Six formulae of plating solution were studyed in the experiment. The first formula was cyanide plating solutions. The others formulae based on the EDTA as primary complexing agent, C6H5O7K3•H2O and KNaC4H4O6•4H2O as auxiliary complexing agent. Bath quality of the six formulae were examined and Compared. The results show that the EDTA system improve the ability of throwing power, covering power, current efficiency and reduce the bath voltage. In some ways, the performance of EDTA system were better than cyanide plating solutions, such as the deep plating ability, dispersing power, cathodic current efficiency.

As the title of felting Uyghur handicraft industry is a historical necessity, is indispensable for industrial and bedding material, Uygur ancestors felting skills to further develop, felt is not only common household items, and become aesthetic value of art, and also become a valuable asset of Uyghur people. Felt products with decorative designs are the most precious of the felt products. This paper discusses in detail the dye of traditional Uyghur decorative felt, the types of traditional Uyghur decorative felt designs, and sets forth reasons for its preservation.
