Abstract: In the domain of computer supporting collaborative work (CSCW), various software packages have been developed for the product development. To solve the problem of the low efficiency of product development in heavy truck, the requirements of heavy truck development in collaborative design are analyzed, and then the system architecture and integration structure is proposed, on the basis, a collaborative design platform is developed and implemented in a heavy truck enterprise. The collaboration between design department and sales department, suppliers, after-service department based on the platform is implemented, which lays a solid basis for the improvement of product development speed and after-service level.

Abstract: The collision detection in virtual scene can effectively improve the fidelity of virtual reality, however, the existing collision detection algorithm are not fully ideal. In this paper, a collision detection optimization algorithm based on hybrid bounding volumes is presented to improve the real-time ability of bounding volumes collision detection. The algorithm combines the simplicity of AABB-AABB overlap test with the tightness of k-dops. Bounding volumes binary trees of the objects are designed as double-layered structure, which employ AABBs at the top layer, and k-dops at other layers. The intersection test uses different methods to detect the contact status among objects. Quest tree method is used to speed up the algorithm. Experiment results show that the algorithm above is efficient in improving the real-time and accuracy of collision detecting.

Abstract: Product family architecture (PFA) need to keep the dynamic evolution, in order to meet the changing needs of customers and effectively support the mass customization. This paper puts forward the theory of PFA dynamic evolution based on structure semantic unit. The variation of PFA is mainly caused by the changes in component. In the process of evolution, some components of the architecture need to be removed, replaced or added. For this purpose, the concepts of structure semantic and structure semantic unit were proposed. The structure semantic unit is the combination of assembly relationship, assembly constraint, and geometric information of related dimension and the model of components. The corresponding operations (remove, replace or add) of component is ascertained by consumption analysis of part and similarity calculation between structure semantic units.

Abstract: The aim of computer support cooperative work (CSCW) research is to improve the level of collaborative work among group components. Therefore we must understand the collaborative mode among the members of group to direct the collaborative work and research. The research on group collaborative work mode in CSCW is to summarize the collaborative mode of human group under information society environment and direct the collaborative work technology research. The research on the group collaborative model of CSCW should be intensified further to abstract the features of group collaboration and direct the research on collaborative work technology. In CSCW field, there are many group collaborative modes, such as conversation model, meeting model, process model, activity model and so on.

Abstract: In order to realize sharing and collaboration of manufacturing resource and manufacturing capability based on knowledge and to realize added value of manufacturing resource and manufacturing capability. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based architecture for cloud manufacturing platform. Meanwhile, several key issues for cloud manufacturing platform including semantic description of manufacturing resource and manufacturing capability, manufacturing cloud service advertisement, manufacturing cloud service discovery and manufacturing cloud service composition are studied in particular. Thus, the research provides foundation for the future research, development, implementation and application of cloud manufacturing platform.

Abstract: Complex network has penetrated into numerous fields including mathematics and sciences, life science and engineering discipline, with strong interdisciplinary features. This paper applies the complex network theory into Manufacturing Grid field by abstracting multi-node network in Manufacturing Grid into complex network. Firstly, the characteristics of the direction and weight of the resource node in Manufacturing Grid are analyzed. Then, complex network modeling of resource nodes in Manufacturing Grid is launched. Some possible application such as node degree, shortest path between two nodes and role of node are discussed. Finally, typical examples of complex network, for example, the distribution of resource node degree and the shortest path between manufacturing subtasks are provided. The work of the paper supplies a new sight and approach to the research and study on Manufacturing Grid.

Abstract: By using the basic idea of logistics and supply chain management, this paper researches on Protection & Coordination of Pharmaceutical Safety Responsibility Based on TPL. The result shows that:From the macro and micro perspectives, protection & coordination of pharmaceutical safety responsibility play an important part in guaranteeing biopharmaceutical product safety, promoting biopharmaceutical enterprises' performance,strengthening supervision on biopharmaceutical product safety and advancing the service level of government supervision, which is also of guiding significance and practice value for high efficient operation and decision of biopharmaceutical supply chain.

Abstract: In view of the problem that the remanufacturability evaluation index is imperfect in current study, the evaluation index system and the quantitative methods including environment, resource, energy, economy and technology is established. The evaluation method of the remanufacturability based on fuzzy AHP is proposed for the electromechanical products. Finally, an evaluation example of a type of automobile engine is provided to verify the feasibility and practicality of this method.

Abstract: Brake disc is the most important component in disc braking device. It transforms the kinetic energy of vehicles into frictional heat energy through the friction with brake lining and dissipates the heat into the surrounding environment. This paper focuses on the analysis of the shrinkage cavity and porosity as a major casting defect in vermicular cast iron brake disc and the explanation of its causes including the hazardous elements of pig iron, vermicular technique, and the quantity of curing agent to be added. Countermeasures to solve these problems are also proposed to effectively increase the qualification rate of flaw detection of brake disc.

Abstract: In view of some shortcomings of equipment maintenance, Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) technology is introduced. Aiming at common equipment, basing on the description of function requirement definition, system requirements are analyzed firstly. Then developing process is described, the modeling process of developing ALIS is discussed. At last, the structure of ALIS is constructed. And its function module is designed as well. The system includes four layers as information layer, service layer, application layer, and cross-layer. The investigation and discussion on establishing methods of ALIS is completed.
