Abstract: This paper addresses a practical problem arising in the calibration of bottom-lock doppler velocity log for the navigation of surface ships. Firstly, a dead reckoning navigation algorithm and briefly error analyze are proposed. Then, employing ship’s true trajectory and calculated trajectory, the rotational alignment offset between a bottom-lock doppler velocity log and a strapdown inertial navigation system as well as the scale factor error of the doppler velocity log can be experimentally determined using sensors commonly deployed with a vehicle in the field. It requires velocity values from the vehicle's doppler log and strapdown inertial navigation system, and absolute vehicle position fixes from a GPS receiver. Lake experiment results show that the calibration algorithm can calibrate the error parameters effectively, thus the position error decreases significantly after compensating the error parameters.

Abstract: This paper study the current information construction in domestic enterprises, for the lack of timeliness and effectiveness of existing systems in terms of decision making, this paper proposes a program of query analysis system with KPI as a core. Taking the data in business warehouse of ERP system as a data source, this program designs the logic architecture of the system, gives the model of KPI indicators, extracts the relevant KPI, and finally, realizes the program concretely. This system adapts the actual needs of enterprises, and can help them improve the ability of obtaining valuable information, thereby improving the quality and speed of management and decision-making and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.

Abstract: In this paper, mathematical model of CNC machine tool’s feed servo system is established, various control methods of feed servo system in CNC machine tool are summarized, simulation models in different control modes are constructed by using MATLAB Simulink tools, also the influence of various control modes on system performance is discussed, some reference for feed servo system performance optimization in CNC machine tool are provided.

Abstract: This subject is proposed based on the conflict between the heavy workload for maintenance personnel and few personnel at the geological survey automated master station at present, and the purpose is to solve the problem that the SCADA real-time monitoring system, UPS power supply system, automated support system as well as the automated computer room environment and equipment cannot achieve the real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis and accident processing of the remote unified platform. It proposes the remote online automatic monitoring and intelligent diagnosis and processing system on the basis of the OPEN3000 system platform. It uses the distributed network architecture in the network design to protect the security of database and the video records in the video system; it adopts the modular structure design, and combined with the expert system and the rule database design of database knowledge, thereby solving the technical problem that the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of SCADA, UPS, video and many other systems and equipment are being integrated into a unified platform.

Abstract: This paper proposes the conception of stepper motor controller’s design on the basis of the principle and algorithm of fuzzy BP network. It realizes the control function by identifying the consequent parameters. After taking some simulation experiments, the system control performance is good, the system operation is stable, and no runaway phenomenon has happened.
