Abstract: In this paper, a novel design of humanoid robot foot is proposed for uneven terrain walking. The proposed foot occupies 8-DOF, 4-DOF for pitch motions and 4-DOF for roll motions. To adapt to complex terrain with high energy efficiency, passive springs are placed at passive joints. The designed 8-DOF robot foot can absorb the influence of irregularities on the ground and unexpected disturbances. Through walking experiments, we confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed foot that maintained locomotion on uneven terrain with bump.

Abstract: The consistence of emulsion has great influence on the normal running and life of the equipment relying on emulsion. The paper introduces the current situation in development of detecting technique of emulsion in china. The literatures about various techniques of automatic supervisory system of emulsion proportioning have been compared, and the respective characteristics have been discussed. In this paper, the on-line detection methods for emulsion concentration and the recent progresses in the research on detecting technology of concentration of emulsion are reviewed. Involves the main content includes: the measurement technology of emulsion concentration and detecting and proportioning technique of emulsion.

Abstract: The paper research the mathematical model and the stability of the mill hydraulic loading system by analyzing the principle of mill hydraulic loading system, and find that the main reason for unstability is the low initial pressure of the accumulator, and solved basically the unstability problems of the system and improved the safety and the economical efficiency of anlage fahren through the analysis and the adjustment on initial pressure of the accumulator.

Abstract: A new method was introduced in this paper, which would help to build the modular product family for pumping unit. Design Structure Matrix (DSM) was used in the process of the pumping unit’s module planning avoiding from the disadvantages of inconsistent rules and improper scale. Taking the case of the beam-pumping unit, some specific techniques were discussed in this paper such as DSM’s building, tearing and clustering as well as the analysis of their results. And the product family of this kind of beam-pumping unit was designed under the result of the modules and the principle of tabular layouts of article characteristics. This study could be widely used as a kind of quantitative method for modular design of other products.

Abstract: Partial reconfiguration of FPGAs requires loading partial bitstream. But loading a faulty or corrupted partial bitstream might cause some errors when undergoing reprogramming; what’s more, it may damage the FPGA device. A encrypt method based on cyclic redundancy check (CRC) before loading them into the device is introduced. The encrypt method of partial bitstream can realize the data integrity and security of FPGA Partial Reconfiguration.

Abstract: According to the analysis of a flexible tooling platform, this paper realized the overall design of the control system for the flexible tooling platform, introduced the compound of the control system and operation principle in detail, realized the design of PC control software based on Visual C++ and CATIA secondary development technology, completed the design of the servo system and the RS-485 control system network and set up a completed flexible tooling platform control system.

Abstract: Elaborated the large-scale board rolling mill main electrical machinery electric control system, in view of main rolling mill request low speed, reliable, precise characteristic, has used Siemens Corporation's S7-300PLC, the 6RA70 installment and the corresponding intelligent module, causes the main rolling mill movement to be reliable, the precision is high, the intelligence is good, moreover might satisfy the different technological requirement. After the test, the use indicated that this system has achieved the design requirements.

Abstract: The groundwater can cause a significant threat to the safety of the tunnels excavated in water-rich areas. To investigate the impact of seepage to tunnels, the most important issues are calculations of the saturated surface and seepage flow. According to the great similarity between temperature field and seepage field in the theoretical foundation, differential equations and boundary conditions, the thermal analysis function of ANSYS could be used to calculate the non-pressure stable seepage based on the iteration method. The saturated surface and seepage flow through the lining are obtained by take a tunnel as an example, under using iteration method programming in ANSYS software. Additionally, on the basis of the correlation analysis, with the reduction of ground water level, the seepage discharge through the lining decreased sharply at the beginning, and then, the reduction trend gets inconspicuous. It has no obvious effect to decrease the water discharge by reducing the ground water level under this condition. Therefore, taking economic benefits into account, it is unadvisable to lower water level blindly. The optimal analysis of the actual conditions should be carried out in engineering practice. It has a certain reference value to the design and construction of tunnels in water-rich areas.

Abstract: To adapt to the trend of lightweight of vehicles, and optimize the structure of vehicle components, the former overturned support of a medium-duty truck cab was optimized by lightweight design. The 3d model of the cabin former overturned support was firstly established, and then finite element analysis method was used to analyze the distributions of stress and displacement, with the support under extreme work conditions. And then a lightweight design was made basing on the analysis. The support blank is produced by permanent mold casting method. To meet the requirement of actual production, this paper, analyzed the casting defects of the structure by lightweight design, and then had a further modification basing on the actual casting technique. The results indicate that the weight of the cab support is reduced 23.2%, with lightweight design reducing the support weight effectively under safety. And the modifications of the structure casting performance meet better the structural optimization objective, and make the production of the cab support more efficient.
