Abstract: This paper made the 3D model reconstruction of the CFM56-5B turban blade. First, collected rough points cloud data by using visual measuring equipment. Then, smoothed and filtered the point cloud data, took the rational simplification, finished pre-processing the point cloud data. Finally, multi-scale genetic algorithm was used for fitting the edge of turban blade, and reconstructed the 3D digital model. The results proved that this method improved smoothness of the model, and reduced time and cost of modeling and machining.

Abstract: This paper expounds the design mechanism and principle of control device work environment for dust pollution control and prevention working condition, in waste money drilling processing. This paper also presents the technological process, the device structure design and work mechanism of the device and lays emphasis on the working principle, the classification and selection of the dust filter; presents the classification comparison and selection, the design and characteristic calculations of gas collecting dome; introduces the design, installing methods, main parameter calculations of the piping system, and the computations and selection of the motor and the fan device as well; presents the classification of bag type filter, the requirement and selection of filter bag, and the calculation of main parameters of dust filter. The design of the device not only increases the waste paper recovery efficiency in the process of disposing waste money and avoids dust pollution, but also contributes to the safety, security and the inspection of disposing procedure.

Abstract: Gear hobbing in cryogenic air with minimal quantity lubricant (MQL) is a better choice to take place of traditional gear hobbing in oily cutting fluid, in which cryogenic air with pulverized vegetable oil place the great amount of mineral cooling oil, to play the role of lubrication, cooling, chip clearance, and rust prevention. By the comparative experiments, differences on cutter wear are explored, among cryogenic gear hobbing with MQL, gear hobbing in oily cutting fluid, and dry gear hobbing. It indicates that the gear hobbing in cryogenic air with minimal quantity lubricant is practical, and not only a great amount of cooling oil is saved to lower cost and environment pollution, but also life-saving of hobbing cutter reduces production cost.

Abstract: The rigid-flexible system dynamic model of wobble plate engine was created by BUSH element and so on in ADAMS software. And stiffness optimized calculation of engine rubber isolator ring and spring was done by ADAMS optimized module. By comparing the time domain and frequency domain vibration response before optimization and after optimization, the feasibility of optimized method for decreasing engine vibration and changing system response frequency range was verified. This method could provide important reference for vibration dynamic model creating of engine or analogous mechanical system. Its conclusions also could provide reference for decreasing vibration study.

Abstract: In this paper, we describe the design, simulation of a novel check valve suitable for potentially embedding in polymeric microfluidic devices such as micro-pumps. Using SU-8 as functional material, the check valve can be fabricated by MEMS technology, such as, UV-LIGA and electroforming. The check valve mainly consists of two structural layers: inlet layer and valve membrane layer. From simulation, the maximum deflection of check valve membrane is 116μm under pressure of 2000Pa, and the maximum stress is 18.1MPa. We consider the fit thickness of valve membrane is 20μm. Simulation results demonstrate that this novel check valve can be potentially integrated in many micro-pumps and other lab-on-a-chip systems.

Abstract: The hygroscopicity property of the rapeseed at different temperature and humidity was experimental studied in this paper. Tested results show that: the moisture absorption rates increase with the increase of relative humidity at the early period of absorption, and higher temperature leads to earlier reach of moisture equilibrium; the critical relative humidity(CRH) increases with the increase of temperature; the optional relative humidity for safety storage of rapeseed should be controlled less than 60%.

Abstract: The paper gives account of the relationship between design for sustainability and its related factors. It includes the concepts of sustainable development, planning and design achievements and the use of green material. The concepts of sustainable development should be made of the strategies of effective planning and design, the personal safety problems and ecological strategies, green building materials, the appropriate and reliable technology, interdisciplinary working and integrated collaboration in research on green building materials. In addition to these, the article studies the main categories of green building materials, including ecological safety materials, low-carbon materials, and recycled-content materials.

Abstract: Considering the various influencing factors of eco-environmental quality in Lake Dianchi Basin, the evaluation indexes of eco-environmental quality such as biological abundance index, vegetation coverage index, water network density index, land degradation index and environmental quality index are determined. The weight values of factor indexes are given by using the quantitative and qualitative model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the eco-environmental quality of Lake Dianchi Basin was evaluated by using the quantitative and qualitative model of ecological index (EI). The evaluation results show that the grade of eco-environmental quality is weaker and the environment for human survival is harsh. The evaluation result is in good agreement with the results of previous studies. The evaluation system established in the paper can be regarded as a reference model for eco-environmental quality evaluation.

Abstract: Characters Segmentation is one important step in the Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) system. This paper proposed an improved method for one-row & two-row of Vietnam license plates (LP) characters segmentation. The proposed method consists of two main modules: the first task is pre-processing (image quantization, normalized image, adjust horizontal contours, morphology opening to remove noises), the second task is characters segmentation based on the method named peak-to-valley in order to segment the pictures in digit images getting the two bounds of the each digit segment according to the statistical parameter. We tested for 600 Vietnam LP (300 one-row LP, 300 two-row LP), the average rate of accuracy of our method is 98.03%.
