Abstract: Reverse Engineering technology has became a widely applied technology, but it has never been used in the field of Clothing Design Engineering .This paper aims to explore how to constructing the three-dimensional entity model of clothing by Geomagic software, then introduce the files into Freeform software in order to redesign clothing. The matters need attention during the Point cloud select, t data processing and model reconstruction are described in detail. In addition, the paper discusses the best solution of importing into Freeform software in different situation, also discusses the processing procedure after importing.

Abstract: For the mass point cloud, which is generated by large work piece for free surface, the point cloud noise removal is the most important step, after denoising point cloud which quality will directly influence the follow-up point normal vector estimation and curvature estimation. Therefore, this paper presents a simple and efficient algorithm for near-point denoising. Firstly, it using the bounding box for messy point cloud data differentiate space topology structure, then, traverse all points, for each point looking for its K neighborhood, and fitting quadric surface using the K neighbors; finally, using Z value method for calculation of the distance that point to the secondary surface distance. Setting threshold, and if the distance beyond the threshold, then the point that noise points and delete. Experiments show that this algorithm compared with the traditional algorithm, not only improve efficiency, and can be a very good retain the original model data, but also for the follow-up process provides high quality raw data, there is a wide useful in three dimensions scanning, projective measurement reverse design and other fields.

Abstract: Abstract. In the twenty-first Century," sustainable development" as a slogan has been putting forward resonantly. Today, for our own survival and development, the design community has brought forward the slogan "green design". It means: resource conservation and environmental protection are the main idea and method, protection natural ecology, making full advantage of resources, people-oriented, environment friendly. Green design is the inevitable trend of clothing design. This paper discusses the green clothing design strategies from the green eco-friendly materials, how to rationalize clothing design.

Abstract: This paper deals with the problem of fizzy robust tracking control for a class of nonlinear systems. The nonlinear system is approximated by T-S model, considering the modeling error. The tracking error of the controlled system following the reference signal is studied, and the tracking error’s exponential stability. The coherence of tracking control and stabilization control of the fuzzy systems is proved by using Lyapunov function theory combining with linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach and conditions.

Abstract: For recycling liquid crystal from waste LCD with high value, the method based on supercritical CO2 fluid technology is proposed. The principle of extracting liquid crystal using supercritical CO2 fluid is analyzed and the factors influencing liquid crystal recycling effect are discussed. The solubility of supercritical fluid is enhanced by adding polar entrainer in order to raise the recycling rate. The procedure for recycling liquid crystal with supercritical fluid technology is studied. Choosing TFT mode LCD as researching object, selecting different temperature and pressure and adopting isothermal and depressurization method, a series of recycling experiments are completed. The results show that the recycling rate of liquid crystal can reach 90% with the aid of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid technology and the purity and recycling efficiency of liquid crystal are high.

Abstract: Mapping and processing customer requirements is one of key procedures in green design. The basic theory and methods of product environment requirements mapping and processing are researched, the implementation process of product environment requirements mapping and processing is identified, product environment requirements are mapped based on environmental House of Quality (HoQ). Design requirements conflict of the green product is eliminated by TRIZ. Finally, the mapping and processing of product environment requirements of a dishwasher is exemplified to validate the method.

Abstract: With the rapid growth of vehicle population and electronic control components used in automotives in China, the energy consumption and environmental emissions of automotive electronic control components in 2007 are calculated by adopting the EIO-LCA model. The calculation results indicate that automotive electronic control components consume 20306000 tons of standard coal equivalent (SCE), which is a large consumption of energy, and make a lot of toxic environmental emissions. However, in China, after the automotives are scrapped, the automotive electronic components are either discarded carelessly or smashed into pieces along with the vehicles for material recycling. This unreasonable treatment of these components can result in great damage to the environment and resource wastage. Therefore, in this study, the automotive electronic control components recycling strategy and a technology roadmap in accordance with China’s actual conditions are provided for energy conservation and toxic environmental emissions reduction.

Abstract: Considering that the disassembly performance of electromechanical products is determined by multi factors, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method research is carried out to solve the complex problem of disassembly analysis. The theoretical minimum parts number discrimination model, the disassembly time classification model and the disassembly cost calculation model are proposed in this paper. A comprehensive evaluation system for disassembly is constructed and the evaluation process is established at the angle of evaluation tools developing. Finally, a flywheel institution is evaluated by using the proposed method and the feasibility and practicality of this method is verified.

Abstract: Precision evaluation for the reconstructed model of mechanical parts is an important content used to measure the success or failure of reverse engineering. The various error sources are analyzed detailedly, which are generated in the entire process of reverse modeling for mechanical parts and some methods of obtaining the values of errors are put forward. At the end, taking a piece for an example, the summation of all the errors is calculated by applying different software and the result satisfies the pre-established precision requirement.
