Abstract: Stress and deformation analysis of 950 mill housing was done by means of ANSYS to calculate the maximum stress and deformation. Strength and stiffness of the mill roll were checked to meet requirements. The weakness was revealed of the structure for the mill housing, and it is significant for similar mill housing designs.

Abstract: When designing the cylindrical helical compression spring, many designers use high- strength materials or various strengthening technology approaches in order to improve the reliability of spring. These approaches increase the costs and reduce economy. With the help of MATLAB software, this paper analyzes how the chosen design parameters of the cylindrical helical compression spring influence its reliability based on stress-strength interference model with the way of controlling variables method when the fatigue life of spring is longer than one million cycles. It is shown that changing the spring design parameters, instead of using valuable or rare materials, can achieve high reliable level especially when the reliability of spring can't reach the requirement and hence can get a better economic benefit.

Abstract: To eliminate the risk of late and very late stent thrombosis of permanent polymer stent, a polymer-free stent direct drug-loading by micropores is developed. To evaluate the safety of micropores stent, fatigue test for micropores stent is carried out. The result is that micropores stent still maintain integrity and has no difference found in comparison with the initial state after 400 mio fatigue cycles --corresponding to about 10 years. The result proves that the fatigue durability of micropores stent is safe, which may help to promote the use of polymer-free stent direct drug-loading by micropores.

Abstract: An Airport special vehicle training simulator which simulates B737 and B747 is introduced in this paper. The ontology design of Airport special vehicle training simulator included the design of analog cabin, retractable mechanism of lateral, homemade chassis, security support and so on. Airport special vehicle simulation cabin is part of the direct docking. Door height and door dimensions refer to the actual size and curvature of the real aircraft. During the operations of the Special vehicles at the airport, docking between the vehicles and the airplanes can be achieved with the aircraft simulator. The Airport special vehicle training simulator can meet operational requirements of Airport special vehicle and is facilitated to improve operation level of drivers and reduce the cost of training operations.

Abstract: For all kinds of vehicles their transmission gears are the most vulnerable to shock damage one of the parts, mainly for failure forms of repeated impact load bending fatigue damage. Second speed gear is commonly used to start and drive, using dynamics software ADAMS and finite element software ANSYS to study its working conditions, to simulate sudden operation condition of the clutch. Through this method we can get a good result. In order to prove the accuracy of analysis method, comparing the simulation results and the classic design formula. The system can be obtained rapidly of the test results for the development of advanced auto transmission system provides reliable test data, to find and solve the weak link of design immediately.

Abstract: The high voltage valve bears repeated loads and impact in its working state. Fatigue failure or fatigue damage is the most common failure mode of high voltage valves. This work analyzes the working principle and working characteristics of a high voltage valve under a static rated load, and proposes the necessity of the fatigue analysis. The failure probability of the high voltage valve is presented and the service life of the entire valve obtained. To find the part prone to fail, the evaluation of the fatigue life of the high voltage valve is carried out. The fatigue life and safety factor of the high voltage valve is obtained. It is found that the edge joints are easy to fatigue failure, which provides a reference for the actual application and of maintenance the high voltage valve.

Abstract: It is very important to process acid and fracturing treatment in oil field to improve permeability. The fracturing pump is one of the key equipment for Acid and fracturing treatment. The valve box of fracturing pump is fundamental, costly and wearing parts. Based on the data from domestic and abroad, the life of the valve box is short. Fatigue cracks caused by alternating stress and erosion account for the most invalidation of the valve box. Only increasing structural size and improving material property are not efficient to prolong service life. Related studies show that hydraulic self-enhancement technology is an effective method and it is used widely to improve service life of fracturing pump’s hydraulic parts. Here hydraulic self-enhancement process was simulated by finite element method and 600 Horse Power fracturing pump was studied. The optimal self-enhancement pressure and loading-unloading treatment method are suggested. This study offers a method to found valve box's production technics by hydraulic self-enhancement technology.

Abstract: Aiming at low portability and undue dependence on the SSD database of most of authentication system, a fingerprint identification system based on a two-dimensional bar code and DSP was proposed. The central processor TMS320VC5416 was used, and the fingerprint information obtained from PDF417 barcode by the barcode reading device was fuzzy matched with that by online real-time collection. The quick verification of the card holder’s identity was realized.

Abstract: From the graphics section moment of inertia rotation axis formula can make a geometric figure (Moment of inertia circle), and thus may calculate inertia axis rotation calculation problem, called the graphics section moment of inertia rotation axis calculation diagram method. This method can directly answer some questions to be very difficult answered by analytic method. Moment of inertia circle and the stress circle is in the form of very close, for the mastery of stress circle to compute, grasp the moment of inertia circle is very convenient.

Abstract: At present the majority of mine gas monitoring systems have the following shortcomings: inaccuracy in measuring, poor in real-time and anti-interference. This paper presents a two-level-fusion design for sensor system information by patch estimation theory and BP neural network ,and the simulation have been carried out with many mines’ measured data .The results show that the method can greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of measurement, and can make a real-time objective evaluation to the mine safety situation.
