Study on the Balancing Analysis of Assembling Line for a Type of Server

Abstract:

This paper analyzed practical problems of a type of svrver assembling line according to the principle of line balancing. Some unreasonable arrangements of activities and workstations are improved by using some ways of industrial engineering, such as 5W1H question technology and ECRS analytical method. The result indicates that the balance-rate of assembling line is greatly improved.
