Abstract:

With the reform of employment system for graduates,college graduates have more decision-making power when choose jobs.Besides,the labour relations with the men of contract provide premise and condition for graduates pursuing maximum benefits.The process of graduates employment-decision is a kind of rational behavior which should weigh gain and loss carefully.Facing with a variety of opportunities, graduates are generally at a loss how to make a strategic decision.Aiming at such situation,we should first analyse the factors that influence job-decision objectively,then apply the Analytic hierarchy process method to decide the weight of each factors,finally,we can use the comprehensive evaluation method to choose a satisfied job.
