Abstract: Knowledge compilation is a common technique for propositional logic knowledge bases. A given knowledge base is transformed into a normal form, for which reasoning can be answered efficiently. The precompilation of description logic knowledge base is important for reasoning and services of description logic. This paper gives precompilation about the description logic ALCO TBox based on knowledge compilation techniques, for which the consistency of TBox can be determined.

Abstract: China is a big agricultural country. The effective flow of agricultural products is involved in the operation efficiency and quality of the entire national economy, and related to the modernization of agriculture and farmers and their fundamental interests. China’s logistics informatization is developing fast and has made remarkable progress with the strong support from the nation. However, the overall level of logistics informatization is still low compared to the international advanced level, particularly in farm produce logistics informatization. Lower level of informatization application has become an important factor which constrains the development of farm produce logistics in modern China. Therefore, there’s an urgent need to improve the informatization level of China’s farm produce logistics to enhance the industrial competitiveness.

Abstract: In the paper, we propose an allocation scheme that minimizes the response time and cost of the solution subject to reliability and availability constraints in terms of expected value. The algorithm proposed in this paper aims to discover services with high QoS performance, and reduce the execute time at the same time. First, we identify the impact of various structural aspects of the composition in terms of the performance and outcomes of the composition. Then, an algorithm is proposed which can reduce the computing time and makes sure better quality of the services selection at the same time by examining a very tiny fraction of the solution space.Finally, we proves the advantage of the new algorithm by comparing the time obtained by our proposed algorithm with the one achieved by other algorithm.

Abstract: Aiming at knowing the process of the latest nucleation of electroless Ni-Cu-P alloy on the surface of the NdFeB magnet material, this paper studied the process by the means of designing different time order (10min, 20min, 40min, and 60min). The findings indicated that the morphology of the plating coating gradually changed from irregular shape into regular cellular shape until the mirror-like amorphous alloy coatings were formed with the P content increasing during the later period of plating. The formation mechanism of amorphous coatings prepared by electroless plating could be seemed as continuous transition of structure changing from crystalline structure to mixed crystalline structure and then amorphous structure.

Abstract: This paper studies the properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti/Q235 compound steel, it mainly introduces TIG and SMAW comprehensive welding technique of 1Cr18Ni9Ti/Q235 compound steel. This process adopts stepped groove, welding material and technics are chosen according to base layer and compound layer, the boundary of both base and compound layer are welded respectively, welding sequence is reasonably arranged. Experiments proves that corrosion resistance and compactness of the welding joint are good, welding joint strength is high, welding quality meets operating requirement well.

Abstract: Urban renewal is not a simple process of demolishing the old material entities in a city and rebuilding some new ones, but a kind of human behavior which aims at solving all barriers to city development and making the city development sustainable. Urban renewal is a continuous, dynamic and long-term development process, in this process, the emphasis of using a prospective, dynamic and comprehensive urban renewal planning system is of great instructive significance. In the urban renewal planning system, urban positioning is the key factor for its successful implementation. This paper will analyze the influence on urban renewal of three aspects in the city positioning and put forward an accurate urban positioning method for promoting urban renewal to a healthy and sustainable development by taking the influence on urban renewal of Liuzhou city positioning as the example.

Abstract: For the modular design in manufacturing paradigm of mass customization (MC), module combination is a complex process. To the study on this problem, this paper put forward a module combination method based on module family model. Based on the module family model and tree-type storage structure, this method used a “most similar module" search algorithm to carry out the module search, and applied analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to construct the hierarchy model for the evaluation of module combination configuration program. This module combination method has some theoretical and practical ignificance.
