Abstract: Polycrystalline mullite is now the ultra light-weight and high-temperature refractory material. Through the introduction of the technical background of polycrystalline mullite, analysis the processing of polycrystalline mullite production and technology of the Polycrystalline mullite fiber. The main equipment of polycrystalline mullite production line including spinning device, pressure cookers and spinning head has been designed. The main technical difficulty of the polycrystalline mullite fiber production has been solved. Test results are satisfactory, the equipment fully complies with production requirements and the product has gotten a good application in the production.

Abstract: According to the principle of equivalent surface area and Nyquist sampling theorem, this paper introduces the method which takes PIC18F2431 SCM as the control center in details, and it forms Single-phase sine inverter power supply by adopting the principle of equivalent surface area directly. This method that can be widely used in controlling Single-phase AC motor speed is simple and cost-effective.

Abstract: When using ANSYS to simulate and compute a diaphragm wall, because of the complexity of soil properties, soil beneath bottom foundation pit will have to be simulated by several different soil layers. This makes it much more complicated of simulation and compute. In order to simplify the simulation method, in this article, we get a new theory of zero-displacement insertion and fixation under a certain depth. In this way we can control displacement under a certain depth to be zero by changing parameters of analogue cells and simplify simulation and compute.

Abstract: This paper discusses the design, manufacture and wind tunnel test of a full aircraft structure similar transonic flutter model in the wind tunnel FL-26. It introduces the mechanics hypothesis, use of materials, and design methods of this model design, in which it uses a technology of dynamic finite element model’s flexibility-mode collaborative correction. In the process of the model, it adopts glass fiber, carbon fiber reinforced plastic and foam for manufacturing of dynamics similar model. After simulation calculation of the model, transonic flutter wind tunnel test of the model is finally accomplished in the wind tunnel FL-26.

Abstract: In order to further study anti-bacterial properties and the influence of different content of photocatalyst fibers on the anti-bacterial properties, the photocatalyst and bamboo fiber were blended with different proportions and series of fabric samples were selected in the experiments. Shock method was used for the fabric samples which the anti-bacterial properties were tested and analyzed. Test results showed that, the inhibition of bacterial function is better for textiles woven with fibers of photocatalyst modification. When the fiber content of photocatalyst is 40% in the fabric, the inhibitory rate of the fabric can be reached to 86%, and can provide a theoretical basis for the future development of anti-bacterial fabrics.

Abstract: Computer aided design was adopted into the design process of winching drum in this paper. First, mathematical modeling was conducted to the design based on traditional means. Then the parameters of the winching drum were optimized by MATLAB. And the smallest drum was obtained under the condition of same length winching rope. In order to check the optimal design result of the strength of the drum in the bad operation environment, finite element analysis method was adopted, which simulated and verified the reliability of the winching drum.

Abstract: With the example of the parametric CAD system of the rolling bearing, the parametric design method to the second development of the AutoCAD system based on VB by using extra database is introduced in this paper. This system can visit the extra database by ADO technique, complete the total design of the system, create the system database, realize the parametric design and parametric drawing.
