The Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to the Assessment of Ascension Brake System Reliability

Abstract:

This paper first introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to mine machinery. We evaluate the mine elevator braking system's reliability comprehensively from the perspective of the system. Application of the engineering calculation method can prove the reliability of the whole braking system systemically and completely. The precise data of real-time reliability could supply scientific and reliable information directly to hoist staff. The introduction of the method makes up the blank of analysis for elevator braking system safety and reliability, and provides a new thinking for performance evaluation of mining machinery.
