The Safety Disassembling Principle of Ammunition Screw Parts and its Application

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the disassembling of ammunition screw parts, the explosion will happen when the ammunition parts heavily damaged by the screw driver. To solve the problem the synchronous backing principle is put forward, which is that the screw driver actively moves backward a screw pitch of the screw part when the screw driver turning a circle. According to the gap between the screw driver and the workpiece, the failure of the disassembly can be identified and the explosion can be prevented. Finally, a structure of the screw driver and the gap detection mechanism designed by the principle is suggested and some application examples are given.
