Abstract: Reliability index assignment is an important process in reliability design. On account of some engineering designers with less experience and irrationality for reliability index assignment, according to the characteristics of small-caliber artillery ammunition, the efficient principle and methods are introduced for adaption of the reliability index assignment in this paper. Abstract: The precision analysis of a 3-PRS parallel robot with three DOFs has been studied in this paper. The 3-PRS parallel robot has been introduced with its kinematics analysis. The closed-loop vector model has been introduced. By the differential method, the mathematic error model of the position and orientation has been built. The forward error solution has been deduced including all the structural errors. Given the structural errors, the output errors of the parallel robot can be solved by the introduced model. The effect of the variation of the position and orientation of the 3-PRS on the output errors of the parallel robot have been analyzed

Abstract: This paper presents a novel MEMS high g acceleration sensor based on piezoresistive effect. For the designed sensor structure, the formula of stress, natural frequency and damping was derived in theory, and the resonant frequency can up to 500kHz. After the structure parameters were designed, the sensor was fabricated by the standard processing technology, and the sensitivity was tested by Hopkinson bar. According to the experimental results, the sensitivity of the high g acceleration sensor is 0.125μV/g at the impact load of 164,002g.

Abstract: When applying multilevel scheme to solve the graph partitioning problem, shortcomings and limitations exist in the state-of-the-art coarsening schemes depend mainly on finding maximal matchings to obtain the coarse graphs, which can cause the multilevel algorithms to produce poor-quality solutions. This paper proposes an improved coarsening scheme by improving vertex combining strategy and edge ordering criteria. The new coarsening scheme is more effective in quality, which is proved by both theoretical analysis and experimental results.

Abstract: Compared with steam catapult device, electromagnetic catapult device has high catapult energy, low system weight, high efficiency etc., so electromagnetic catapult makes an important developing direction for the aircraft carrier catapult. According to the technical requirements of electromagnetic catapult, the paper analyses the factors that affect the efficiency of electromagnetic catapult, proposes the method of using slotting PMLSM in low-speed segment and non-slotting PMLSM in high-speed segment to drive, which improves the systematic efficiency of the catapult process. The paper designs a structure of PMLSM assembled by stator modules. Also researches on PMLSM using the designing method of finite element, analyses the structural parameters the influences have on the thrust force of slotting and non-slotting motor, presents the optimal motor structural parameters, and at last proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis through experiment.

Abstract: It is well known that the gas flow rate will not be indicated normally in any metering instrument when the really gas pipe rate is less than Flow Meter’s starting flow. This type of leakage indicator is the main factor that affects the measurement shortage of the settlement of the gas transaction, which could affected the production management and economic benefits of the gas company. In this paper, based on the PLC controller technology, the sub-line measurement scheme with double switching mode is designed and accomplished, which is suitable for industrial gas users through rationally designing of controller characteristics and properly adopting the improved split-range control logic. Through testing in site, the sub-line measurement scheme can obviously decrease the measurement shortage of gas pipe network caused by measuring leakage

Abstract: Adaptive multi-rate wideband (AMR-WB) speech codec is the first standard for both wired and wireless universal broadband speech codec. Real-time implementation of AMR-WB algorithm in DSP has important practical significance and will accelerate its course of practice. The paper first designed the hardware platform and system software structure for real-time implementation of the AMR-WB algorithm, then introduced the transplantation of AMR-WB algorithm to the designed hardware system. The paper next discussed the real-time implementation of optimized algorithm on the hardware platform. Objective test results indicated the decoded speeches of real-time platform were bit exactly the same as test sequences. Synthetic speeches of real-time platform were very good in restoring the speaker’s voice characteristics by good intelligibility and naturalness.

Abstract: The internal control is one of the core problems in enterprise management, which not only relates to the company's quality, but also affects its own long-term development. It is especially important to take effective implementation evaluation for internal control distortion caused from the existing financial fraud in company. In this paper the internal control evaluation index system which had already set was further improved. And this paper evaluated the intensity of enterprise internal control combined with space statistical distance evaluation method on the whole. It can provided the reference for managers when they adopt corresponding countermeasures for the problem of internal control.
