Abstract: This paper uses the 3D modeling software SolidWorks to establish the virtual prototype of humanoid robots. It is introduced into Adams through the interface between SolidWorks and Adams, and we made a simulation of the robot by dynamics analysis software Adams. It showed the method function expressions and torque curves of the robot, and provided reference for the motor selection and design of robot.

Abstract: In this paper the structural characteristics of TG200 bridge machine was introduced, the overall design scheme of control system was determined and the electrical control system, which was mainly made up of PLC, inverter, remote controller and human-machine interface, was designed. Industrial test proved that the control system is stable and easy to operate, and that it can provide an important safeguard for the long-term safe operation of the bridge machine.

Abstract: Designing of a new type of metal wire-buckling machine, introducing the overall structure, operational principle and control flow of the equipment. The machine can realize the feeding, straightening, cutting off, shaping, returning material procedures of the metal wire automatically, with features of high degree of automation, compact structure, good quality and high efficiency.

Abstract: In this paper we presented the study of a dual excitation synchronous machine designed for dual electrical or full electrical vehicle application. This machine combines two excitation flux sources: permanent magnets and DC excitation coils that are situated in the stator and the rotor is fully passive. For the studied application, the considered driving cycle was presented and it was shown that the required performances are highly variables. We presented with details the Dual Excitation Synchronous Machine Flux Switching (DEFSSM) for witch control parameters were optimized in order to optimize power losses for each operating point of the considered driving cycle.

Abstract: As the system of records that a business keeps to provide financial information, AIS has based its design on some fundamental principles. An accounting system is comprised of accounting records and a series of processes and procedures assigned to staff, volunteers, and/or outside professionals, which traditionally includes source documents, special journals, subsidiary journals and general journals. In recent years, because of the development of IT industry, manual-based accounting information system has been replaced by AIS. AIS brings with a set of new problems. The internal controls that have been put into place for a manual system to help the internal auditor cannot fully prevent or minimize the possibility of errors or fraud that come with the computerized systems. Therefore the old controls must be modified for the new system and new controls must be put in. Only then can the internal auditor ensure that the number of errors that occur within the system be minimized or even eliminated.

Abstract: We have proposed a method of robot path planning in a partially unknown environment in this paper. We regard the problem of robot path planning as an optimization problem and solve it with the SFL algorithm. The position of globally best frog in each iterative is selected, and reached by the robot in sequence. The obstacles are detected by the robot sensors are applied to update the information of the environment. The optimal path is generated until the robot reaches its target. The simulation results validate the feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract: In this paper, using underwater modems we have designed the reduced size of the robot control message by a matching method. Besides, in order to confirm the operation of the designed protocol, we have implemented the PC control program, the transmitter-receiver modem coding, the robot control protocol matching program as well as made an experiment on accurately controlling the robot via underwater modem in the PC control program. The robot control is well implemented in a test environment. And we can make sure that the modem, developed in our center, guarantees the transmission speed of message for controlling the robot. Besides, through a study on the modem and the control protocol, we could transmit more data than when using the original robot control protocol.

Abstract: Based on chaotic characteristics of vibrating screen sides in vertical direction, the paper used phase space reconstruction theory to calculate the characteristic parameters of vibration signals, which are correlation dimension and Lyapunov exponent. Through experimental research, it was found that there was obvious difference in Correlation dimension and Lyapunov exponent when of vibrating screen has crack and has no crack. The characteristic parameters of vibration signals can be used as the basis to determine vibrating screen has crack or no crack. Using this method for fault diagnosis is simple, intuitive, and convenient for analysis.

Abstract: It is essentially the precise control of opening that proportional valve flow control. This thesis establish mechanical model for proportional vales which with pressure compensators under the condition of steady-state, and experimental verification has been given, the result prove that electromagnetic force needs two mutations, while the normal PID can’t fulfill the requirements. The thesis has designed the algorithm of differential first PID, It is proved that this algorithm can fulfill the mutation of electromagnetic forces, We have achieved good linear relationship between setting point and actual point.

Abstract: The characteristics of Mathematical model for the temperature’s control of resistance-heated furnace are non-linear, strong inertia, time-variant and pure delay. Adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA) was designed by the principle of the traditional PID control system, and dynamically Simulated an industrial furnace control system. Simulation and actual operation results show that using the optimization algorithm has properties of no overshoot, quick response, good robust and the algorithm is simple. It is proved that this control algorithm is a more effective one on improving the temperature’s control of the resistance-heated furnace.
