Abstract: Road safety system has been a concern topic for many scholars worldwide. Although there are many analysis papers on road traffic accident prevention, security, emergency rescue, safety evaluation and other aspects, there is no a thorough and complete opinion on road safety system. The study of these issues can cause a traffic accident prevention, to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents, summing up the spread of some of the impact of traffic on the control of the effective ways to combat the public security organs to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents guidance.

Abstract: the paper proposes a stochastic differential search operator (SDSO) which can traverse the numerical object space (eg. ), and a Multi-Role particle swarm which can be differentiated into the different roles to search the objective space using the different strategies. Based on the SDSO and the Multi-Role particle swarm, a Multi-Role particle swarm algorithm (MRPSA) for numerical optimization is proposed. In the test experiment, 6 unconstrained benchmark functions are used to demonstrate the performance of MRPSA. The results show that MRPSA can find the optimal or close-to-optimal solutions of those benchmark functions efficiently.

Abstract: A transfer module based on TMS320F2812 DSP was designed to meet the needs for information exchange among multi-sensor network. It took the greatest advantages of the multi-imformation exchange interface integrated in DSP, thus to satisfy the requirement for information exchange among various networks. In the present paper, the design of hardware circuit for each single module and interface was described in detail. The data transmission capability of each interface was analysed. As results, the hardware node could run stably with both intense ability to resist interference and high transmission reliability.

Abstract: The vertical additional force could make the shaft lining in deep topsoil fracture. The force is caused by the bottom aquifer drainage settlement. In order to analyze the mechanical state of shaft, a shaft lining automatic monitoring system is built. The overall safety can be valuated by it. When monitoring data show that the shaft lining will be fractured, management measures can be timely taken to prevent more damage. In the process of ground grouting treatment to prevent shaft fracture, the monitoring data can be as the shaft lining stability and grouting parameters adjustment basis, to ensure safety and grouting reinforcement effect.

Abstract: To increase the stroke of precision positioning system, a novel series compliant mechanism is presented which is based on elliptical flexure hinges. Pseudo-rigid-body model and energy method are applied to establish the theoretical model of stiffness and maximum stress, which are critical parameters for the large stroke compliant mechanism. The relationships are analyzed between geometric parameters of the series complaint mechanism, stiffness and maximum stress. According that, the series compliant mechanism is designed with the stroke more than 5mm and stiffness less than 3.2N/mm. The difference is less than 5% between the results of finite element analysis and theoretical model computation, which proves the correctness of the application design.

Abstract: The system with four pieces of DSP + FPGA and procesing the digital image information collected with the field reprogrammable array FPGA has been designed, it can realize the automatic detection for the fabric defect. The system make use of four pieces of TMS320C62x as the core to process the digital image information; The FPGA realizes the automatic detection system which controls the interconnect fabric defect. The program based on attributed relational histogram and support vector machin has been designed. The experiment show when the velocity of sample fabric is of 100m/s and 120m/s the rate of recognize nicely with which theautomatic fabric defect inspection system being provided can achieve 80% and 60%.

Abstract: The concept of photonic crystal and photonic band gap were described in this paper, and the relationship among the transmissivity and wavelength of incident light, layers of thin films, optical thickness of thin films and refractive index of the materials were discussed. A model of the one-dimensional photonic crystal was established by using the transfer matrix method. According to this model, the heat adjustment of room temperature can be realized by using the photonic crystal glass.
