Abstract: According to the character of fiber-optic coupler, its coupling output is sensitive to the variation of coupling region’s length. A new kind of coupling fiber-optic vibration sensor is presented base on this principle. The theory of coupling single-mode fiber-optic sensor is analyzed. A prototype of fiber optic vibration detection system has been successfully built, including a sensor head, a low-cost control unit and a software package for signal processing with high resolution. The response of fiber-optic sensor and piezoelectric sensor to periodic vibration and shock is measured and the results of the coupling fiber-optic vibration sensor are closely in accordance with high precision piezoelectric sensor. The cross-axis anti-disturbance ability of the fiber-optic sensor is discussed in addition. Experimental results indicate that the coupling fiber-optic vibration sensor has favorable vibration detection capability; it can meet the requirement of vibration measurement.

Abstract: Construction monitoring of reinforced concrete arch bridge mainly include both the linear of structure and structural stress, comprehensive tracking control must be conducted to make smoothly construction of bridge and meet the design requirements. Taking 2# bridge in International Tourism Resort District of Changbai Mountain as the engineering background, according to features of sub-situ construction control of main arch, a reasonable program of construction control is adopted, to ensure that status of structural internal forces meet the design requirements or in a secure area during the construction process or after completion.

Abstract: In order to enhance the running deviation during the production of continuous annealing line (CAL) unit, the author conducted a research and revealed that the wave shape of incoming strip had significant effect on the deviation based on the statistic analysis of production data. Via finite element method analysis, a strip-furnace-roller dynamic simulation model was established, in which the perturbation of incoming strip to operation in contact zone was simulated to qualitatively research on effect trend of incoming wave shape on deviation. The result indicates that the strip with single edge wave causes more deviation than strips with other types of wave; in addition, wave height, wave length and wave width have contribution to the influence on the deviation. Accordingly, methods were adopted to optimize the upstream work procedure, and control single edge wave of incoming cold rolls can reduce accidents of slow-down and emergency shutdown caused by deviation.

Abstract: A simulation system for instrument cluster based on the CANoe from Vector company is developed and used for real-time cluster test and fault analysis. Test results show that the operation condition of cluster can be simulated and the fault data from CAN bus can be collected, replayed and analyzed using this system.

Abstract: For generating anti-aliasing circle with a high speed and a simple manner, an algorithm which uses only integral operation to convert gray levels of pixels based on modified Bresenham Algorithm is presented. According to the decision parameter established in Bresenham algorithm, the algorithm generated the accurate distances between candidate points and true curve, abandoned the higher-order epsilon with litter effect, and used look-up table or range binary search to calculate the gray levels of the nearest pixels. The new algorithm only modified the local structure of the original algorithm and can generate smooth circle rapidly because of simple structure and only integer operation employed in it. Besides, the new algorithm makes the basic generating algorithm and anti-aliased drawing algorithm can be easily generated under the same framework.

Abstract: Node localization technology is the premise and foundation of all applications in wireless sensor network. An improved DV-Hop algorithm was proposed aimed at the low-power requirement of wireless sensor networks. The distances between nodes and anchor nodes were used to calculate the node location in DV-Hop algorithm, and the immune algorithm was used to optimize the estimated location in the third stage of DV-Hop algorithm. The improved algorithm does not require additional hardware devices, and has smaller additional amount of communication and computation.

Abstract: In this paper, an innovation method to describe the geometrical error of the machine tool based on trilateration is proposed. This method can be carried out by measuring the interferometric displacement between reference point and offset point of spindle. The experimental result has been compared with that of laser interferometer under the same CNC machine-tool, and both of them can achieve the satisfied result. Therefore this scheme can be applied to a more sophisticated situation. What’s more, there is no limitation to the maximum size of the working volume. Without the calibration equipment, it can be easily evaluated with simplified data structure.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a C/S control model that is made up of the double--robot polishing system. Based on the double-robot system which is made up of two MT-Arm 6-DOF serial robots, the method of motion control and communication between two robots are introduced. In the end, the mutual communication can be accomplished by two robots and the robot position and status information can be transported with programming of the win socket.

Abstract: This paper builds projects risk evaluation index system, and makes the projects risk evaluation from a qualitative assessment to a quantitative evaluation; Then, Making use of the advantage about SPA and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, index weights are made by the set pair analysis (SPA) model and projects risk of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is built; Lastly, a case is used to show the combine of set pair analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for projects risk assessment feasible.

Abstract: There are redundant, incomplete and incorrect data in the equipment test data gained by the test equipments. The complete algorithms and attribution reduction algorithms were analyzed and the equipment fault diagnosis model based on Rough Sets Theory was given. Then, some equipment was diagnosed, and the results indicate that the diagnosis is effective and efficient.
