Abstract: According to the reduction of submarine noise level, Non-acoustics antisubmarine detection method becomes more important for the ocean remote sensing, especially infrared (IR) imaging remote sensing detection method. Conventional IR imaging remote sensing antisubmarine detection is more difficult because modern advanced submarine IR thermal radiance is not obvious. In this paper, our main purpose is to develop the advanced IR imaging remote sensing antisubmarine detection approach by using infrared spectrometer. The IR spectrum information derived from IR spectrometer in sea water and then retrieves the water-leaving spectra by the standard atmospheric correction algorithm. The submarine is detected by analyzing the water-leaving spectrum information. Results of comparisons with conventional IR imaging remote sensing antisubmarine detection, the modified approach is available to estimate the spectrum properties and effective to antisubmarine detection in sea water

Abstract: The dynamic characteristics of linear rolling guide joint have great influence on the dynamic characteristics of machine tools. In this paper, the relative deformation of guide interface was analyzed based on Hertz theory and normal contact stiffness of guide joint was calculated first. Then, the vibration model of linear rolling guide joint was performed. The kinetic energy and potential energy of carriage-rail system was derived. Based on Lagrange’s approach, motion equilibrium equations of different vibration modes were derived. At last, vibration test was designed to get natural frequencies and mode shapes of the carriage. The natural frequencies agreed well with the values calculated by analytical approach. The research results provided a theoretical foundation for obtaining vibration characteristics parameters of linear rolling guide joint and a reliable way for analysis of the dynamic characteristics of similar machine joints

Abstract: The problem of battlefield acoustic target localization is studied based on an array model of a uniform circular array (UCA) mounted on a rigid cylinder including beamforming technology and high resolution direction of arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm. The influence of various facts to the discussed localization algorithms is analyzed. It is concluded that the direction of the battlefield acoustic target can be achieved by the proposed high resolution DOA estimation algorithm. The performance of the eigen-beam beamforming array and the high resolution DOA estimation algorithm can be improved by the rigid cylinder.

Abstract: In this paper, Petri net is adopted for seeking the minimal cost maximal flow of a network. The cost Petri net is proposed and the enabled rules of transitions are given. In addition, an algorithm for obtaining the minimal cost maximal flow based on cost Petri net is developed. The proposed algorithm, which is different from the others, is to find the firing sequence of transitions by labeling places and increase flows in this sequence. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the application of the algorithm. The results show that the given method can find the minimal cost maximal flow of a network efficiently.

Abstract: detection and identification of bad data is an important part of state estimation in power system. To solute the problem generates a variety of detection methods and means in academic and industrial circles, commonly used methods include objective function detection, weighted residual detection, measurement suddenly-change detection and the comprehensive application of above methods. In order to detection the bad data from large amounts of data over the multiple sliding windows, bad data detection algorithm is proposed based on fractal technology building monotonic search space. Firstly, it gives the data set on the piecewise fractal model, and then based on this model to design a detection algorithm. The algorithm can reduce detection processing time greatly. The subsection fractal model can accurately model on the data self similarity and compress data. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that, the algorithm has higher precision and lower time / space complexity, more suitable for bad data detection.

Abstract: For seasonal and long-term power load forecasting problem, this paper presents an optimal combination forecasting method, which can optimize the combination of multiple predictive models. Optimize the combination of the two model predictions with two models as an example, which are the gray GM(1,1) model and linear regression model, and finally compare the predicted values of combination with the real values. The results show that: the combination forecasting method has a high prediction accuracy, and the error is very small.

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of ship lights controller is presented, which is based on AVR microcontroller, and adopts modular design with isolation between electricity and electronics. The control panel uses LED lattice to indicate the actual layout of the lights and vary lights brightness. Electrical current detection device is used to monitor ship lights. So that the alarm rings when any of the lights is burnt out. The software is developed based on Windows environment, with graphical interface, so that it is easy to use. The proposed controller can be redeveloped to adapt to different configuration of different ship lights.

Abstract: The fuzzy C-means algorithm is an iterative algorithm in which the desired number of clusters C and the initial clustering seeds has to be pre-defined. The seeds are modified in each stage of the algorithm and for each object a degree of membership to each of the clusters is estimated. In this paper, an extensional clustering algorithm of FCM based on an intuitionistic extension index, denoted E-FCM algorithm, is proposed. For comparing the performance of the above mentioned two algorithms, the experimental results of three benchmark data sets show that the E-FCM algorithm outperforms the FCM algorithm.

Abstract: The repair of digital images generally needs people to manually mark the areas under repair. This paper puts forward a new method, which can automatically mark the areas under repair in the images --- mesh obstacles. First mesh obstacle can be treated as grid, via this obvious feature that grid is formed by two groups of regular cross line in the space, and then through the calculation to extract the mesh obstacles covering on the images, so this don't need people to do manually mark. In order to guarantee the grid lines can completely cover the images, the extracted grid lines can be done proper inflation. Experiments prove this method is effective and much easier to achieve.
